Alternative: What if Regina has the opportunity to actually undo her barren-ness (is that a word?) but she actually decides to NOT do so. Why? Because she loves the kids she already has and doesn’t need another to complete her happy ending as she already has it with Henry and Roland. And ya know. Possibly Lil Baby Green-bean too.

Keeper Of Tamara's Taser , Jafar's Staff, Kitsis’s Glasses , Ariel’s Tail, Dopey's Hat , Peter Pan’s Shadow, Outfit, & Pied Cloak,Red Queen's Castle, White Rabbit's Power To World Hop, Zelena's BroomStick, & ALL MAGICI don’t think the barren potion will be undone by TLK especially as when Snow was given the barren potion by George, she had to drink the lake nostos water to reverse its effects. I suppose there is a way to reverse Regina’s barren-ness, I’d just prefer them not to……yet at the same time if Regina had the opportunity, it wouldn’t make sense for her not to do so.

I’m highly counting on Merlin undoing the effects of the barren potion as a reward for how hard Regina has worked in redeeming herself. The Author told Regina someone in high places was watching out for her, the reason Robin found Page 23, and the only person I can think of in high places is the Sorcerer.
