Ahh right, I had already began desperately googling by the time I saw it trying to figure out what it could mean. Welp, for what its worth, here is what the internet tells me the phrase “Waiting on the other shoe to drop” means: “To await an event that is expected to happen, due to being causally linked to another event that has already been observed.” Sounded like it had potential, but yeah, I’m sure its Cinderella related.

As someone who loves Anastasia and Will’s relationship from OUAT in WL, I was greatly disappointed with the way the writers totally failed to integrate Will into OUAT and then left what happened to Ana dangling. So, I would also really like to see what happened after OUAT in WL ended (though the ending was pretty near perfect and didn’t need to be tampered with at all, sigh).

So I guess this flashback will likely show the events that occurred between when Rumple sent Cinderella to the ball and Cinderella’s wedding. We never did get to see the actual ball, Cinderella and Prince Thomas falling in love, the iconic search with the glass slipper, nor even Cinderella directly interacting with her stepfamily onscreen.

If it’s not this…maybe perhaps there were a few fairies who blame Cinderella for one of their own getting killed by Rumplestilskin, and they are the ones who took Thomas to the Land of Untold Stories, in hopes that the tale for him and Cinderella never reaches a happy ending. It’d parallel a fairy originally trying to help Cinderella find her happy ending to fairies trying to ruin her happy ending.

This title is obvious about the other shoe, that like Lumiere, can speak and is jealous of all the atention the “main” shoe had and wants revenge.
But if i had to be serious about this show, i would be saying this show has to much retcons, bc on S1 was said by Ruby that Ashley had one step mom and 2 step sisters in SB, yet Anastasia was on wonderland that was frozen in time just like SB and just like LUS, so i would say that these connections are almost impossible, but whatever, so like i was saying if i was serious about this, i would say would be her father, that everyone thought was dead, but he was alive trap in LUS.
Also, Thomas is in SB with her, remember is the father of the kid, they are together again, so he is not missing, unless after S1 he was missing, but since she already appeared in S4 and was not sad bc thomas disapeared, he is in SB with her.
