Beowulf is next week, episode 13.
Yes, this quote is from Hamlet
Murder most foul as in the best it is/But this most foul, strange and unnatural.”

ParticipantSo are we to believe that this murder of charming’s dad will be strange or unorthodox? The writers could have picked a different episode title if they wanted so is there particular significance behind why they chose this one, other than the fact that it has the word murder in it? Am I giving the writers too much credit and delving deeper than they would? haha

KeymasterI think they’ll spin George killing Charming’s father as unnatural or strange. After all, by this time, George had James. So you have David’s twin’s adoptive father killing his biological father possibly unintentionally.

ParticipantIt doesn’t seem like George is in the caves. I am not sure where that location is at, but it seems to have walls and doors. I think George is just wandering around, though he could have been released by the Evil Queen or Hyde or Gideon or the Black Fairy. There is a lot of ways he could be loose.
I do think that we are possibly seeing more depth then there is here. It definitely could be anyone because these writers write the most random nonsensical things to happen, but i really think this time it is probably just George via Hook.
The Murder Most Foul might have to do with the visiting of Charming’s father’s ghost. Maybe he gives information to them. Or just all the murder revenge in one big family, especially if Charming kills George. Hamlet’s father is killed by his uncle who marries Hamlet’s mother. Hamlet then kills his uncle and love and mother, sort of, and various others. I wonder if they will say good night, sweet prince? Do we know what Charming’s father’s name is? I can’t remember.

Oh totally. Just at last check (which may not be canon anymore??) was that he was in the caves, right before everyone went to NVL.

George being chained down in the mines was only seen in a deleted scene. Not only that, but it was among the deleted scenes that were only available via a bonus disc exclusive to Best Buy’s release of Season 2, so most people who own Season 2 on DVD or Blu-Ray don’t even have it. So yeah it isn’t canon anymore, unless it’s directly referenced in this episode.
