Usually I’d make a joke about the obviousness of titles but after a few head scratchers this year, I’ll just take it.

Interesting. 6×16 – “Mother’s Little Helper,” seems like it could be a flashback of Gideon growing up in the Dark Realm being raised by the Black Fairy, so that’s interesting we could get two flashbacks with her. Fingers crossed this is the “Blue is Black” reveal.

Yeah, I’m guessing one will deal with Black fairy and Gideon’s time together, and then another one will deal with her story specifically. I guess this will show how and why she went bad, why she left Rump, and her thing with the blue fairy.

Hey….didn’t blue fairy banish black fairy? So how was she able to just return when summoned? gosh this show >.<

I feel like we’re changing formula a little this year. Rather than the big bad (A.K.A The Black Fairy) being defeated in Episode 20, she’ll be defeated in this episode (19). And then since Episode 20 is the musical, it’ll basically have it’s own little plot that won’t matter to the overall plot of the season. Then Episodes 21 & 22 (A.K.A the 2-hour finale – TBC but likely) will be their own usual mini storyline which sets up the possible S7 too.

I guess this will show how and why she went bad, why she left Rump, and her thing with the blue fairy.

Yeah I suspect this episode will be “why the Black Fairy is evil.”

Also, probably her death episode and maybe the last time we’ll see Gideon if he goes back to the Black Fairy’s realm to save it without having to kill Emma.

Maybe Black Fairy causes the musical to occur through some kind of curse

I don’t think that there is one character who is the Blue Fairy and the Black Fairy. I hope not at least, but i do think it is possible that it is the Blue Fairy who is the evil character and maybe have been called the Black Fairy in the past and maybe banished the character we now know as the Black Fairy and then told others that she was evil. I like the idea that the Blue Fairy is actually Rumpel’s mother. I think that would be way more interesting then random new character being his mother. Though, i also think it seems consistent that the Blue Fairy would be upset that the Black Fairy was pregnant and with Pan especially after how she reacted to Nova liking Grumpy.

I, definitely, think this title suggests that who the Black Fairy originally was and, therefore, potentially who Rumpel’s mother was will be different then what we know now. AKA, the Blue Fairy is shady.
