My thoughts:
1) CRINGE. CRINGE. CRINGE. That writing is horrible.
2) “You know how there’s a French Snow White? And an Italian one!” Oh god. They really are going to do new versions of everyone, aren’t they?
3) When the hell did magic beans open a portal like that instead of on the ground? That’s not a magic bean portal. That is a Doctor Strange Sling Ring portal.
4) “Another Realm. Years later…”. Really? That’s all? No name for this new realm? No exact time frame of this time jump?
So basically, I don’t like anything of what I just saw.
Yeah, i think this is just pretty bad. The whole other realm thing is just dumb. I think that Regina needs to be Henry’s mother or there was no point in keeping the actor on. I am glad the first episode is about Henry even though he shouldn’t be the main character. We will see. I know, that i would be much less interested in this new show then i was when Ouat came out.
How does Henry have gas in the FTL though? I guess this is what Colin was referring to? The land without chevron lol

–Why does Henry believe that not being in the book means he has to go looking for his happy ending. His story is literally happening now without him needing to go all bildungsroman. Also, you’re 18. Maybe you try living a little like a normal kid before getting super obsessed about happy endings? Basically Henry needs therapy.
–Positive note: Regina’s skirt is excellent

There’s a BP Gas station in the forest next to the cement factory that constructed all those top notch high quality roads for the people still driving buggies with horses.

I don’t either but I figure that the other Cinderella had the dress based on the Disney cartoon, while this one has a dressed based on the Disney live action version. Which is odd. If shes Latina Cinderella, shouldn’t her dress reflect that?
Also, her carriage is ugly.
We just met this woman and already we’re tearing her to shreds worse than Drizzella and Anastatia did to her in the movie xD

Simplest possible explanation is that Regina enchanted the motorcycle to be able to run without gas. But yeah, even Adam and Eddy were dumbfounded, when Colin pointed it out at the Comic Con panel. lol!
