704 – Promo and Behind the Scenes Photos

Well as long as Rumple and Belle get some genuine happiness I’m all for the who wants to live forever ending. While I would like to see them have more children (that are NOT kidnapped/abandoned and otherwise suffering), I don’t mind if Alice is their granddaughter rather than a daughter. I just want her to be related to them because she seems so cool and on this show all the best characters end up being related to Rumple in some way.

The timeline will hopefully be explained, even if in some offhand hand-wavy way. I think MP is probably right that they’re living elsewhere than Storybrooke and in that elsewhere time moves faster. Possibly MUCH faster. I’m expecting some ‘Up’ parallels…which means lots of tears come Friday.

Could Alice be a granddaughter ? I’m not sure how time stuff works….

Well I was convinced that Alice was a RumBelle baby, but with this new information about the rest of the (mortal members of) the family having advanced in age, yup now I’m thinking she’s a RumBelle grandbaby. Which then begs the question of who her mother is.

This is gonna be sad, but I think it works well for the character, considering her husband is immortal so this was always gonna be a big issue for them. I do #hope that we get to see Belle at several different points in her life and they don’t just skip straight to when she’s old and grey.

So I may be completely crazy or maybe it is the angle of the camera but in the Belle/Rumple photos Belle is not the only one they aged up.  If this is true then maybe this is not reality but a dream, a prophesy, or a fantasy. I will be okay with them doing an Up theme and I think it can be really romantic but I am not 100% sure that is what they are doing.
