Some possible hint at this being the Mid-Season premiere. “Secret Garden” also happens to be the name of a Bruce Springsteen song:

All of the Mid-Season titles have been named after Bruce Springsteen songs since 3B. However, this would mean that the Winter finale isn’t being written by Adam and Eddy, which would be a first.
Well they got to start prepping if it’s the final season. Setting up the mid-season premiere as a potential start of the end is necessary.
