Actually, Gothel is apparently still around for 720, based on the filming info we got a while back.
Gothel is admitting she’s Tilly/Alice’s Mother! Interesting. Is she trying to gain Tilly’s trust to get the dagger? Is she part of the coven? Lots of questions.

That was my thought as well since I don’t think Gothel actually cares that she’s Alice’s mother.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"They better explain what Gothel’s motivations are. To still not have them at this point seems insane. I’m afraid that they are going to cram it all into this episode. I wonder if she is connected to Facilier at all? He did say she wanted the dagger too….but why? And why does Facilier want the dagger? I thought these questions would get answered in the last episode but they didn’t. Don’t get me wrong, I loved The Guardian, but there are still so many questions with these two villains and yet we really haven’t seen them even interact with each other in the same scene. I really like Facilier too…..I really hope they close him out well. Because right now, he just seems like a random guy who wants the dagger for power. I still think that his connection to the dead, his lust for the dagger, and Rumple’s situation with Belle is all too convenient for him not to play a role in how Rumple and Belle’s story ends. Although, I really am not sure if I want him to be The Guardian, even if it does rectify Regina’s character for trusting him so much. They already had her say that she believed him when he said he didn’t have the dagger. Turns out, he didn’t, and Regina was right. So I’m wondering if this is all a ruse and Facilier ends up being a good person and the Guardian.
Also side note: Was Nook’s heart ever cured? I can’t remember. The last episode made it seem like Facilier had the cure but I guess that was only to facilitate the test Rumple gave to Alice. So am I not remembering something or is Nook’s cursed heart still a problem that needs to be solved….along with the whole Henry dying thing to break the curse that Rumple ruined last episode…….so many things need to get closed out and there really is only two episodes to do it before they go back to Storybrooke….
I completely forgot that Gothel’s storyline hadn’t already been finished. I just don’t care about her at this point at all.

No. I don’t think there’s time. 720 seems to be a Lucy/Henry episode. I’m not even sure Daniel Francis is in 721/22

Part of me thinks they are going to wrap all of the extra characters up i the next two episodes and just end it with the old characters, plus Ella, Alice, Robyn, and fake Hook. They really do have a lot to do in the next four episodes. If it is me, they should wrap up the new characters in the next episode and then give the last three to Regina, Rumpel, and Henry, but i don’t really know. Henry has never really had his own story though, so maybe the episode where Henry is saved from this curse thing will be about how Regina feels about that.
What plot points are left anyways? Getting rid of Gothel. Getting rid of Facilier. Henry dying if the curse breaks. Rumpel and the dark one curse and the guardian. Fake Hook and Alice can’t be together. Everyone in Hyperion Heights getting their memories. Returning to Storybrooke. The curse on Storybrooke breaking and everyone returning to the Enchanted Forest 1 and 2.
It is hard to even guess what they are doing because there is no character growth going on, so it is just going to be random events til the end. They could wrap up the whole Henry might die if the curse breaks and Rumpel and the dark one curse and the guardian all in one go because it might all be the same thing. That really feels like the main thing that is left and once that is fixed everyone can easily return home. Regina hasn’t had a plot the entire season except trying to fix Henry’s curse. Henry hasn’t had a plot at all. Fake Hook and Alice have the heart plot, but they will maguffin that away, so i don’t really see that being a big thing.
I am hoping that everyone has their memories back for at least the last two episode, so we don’t have to see Henry talking about a piece of paper til the end.
