Does anyone have any theories on these? I think/hope we will find out all of these things this season, as they seem to be pretty major plot points.

Because magic is running out after people stopped believing and Henry’s heart which is the heart of the truest believer will fuel the magic. And probably ensure that NL stays a place where PP can never grow up
Why does Rumple’s doll keep coming back?
Because he hasn’t really accepted his past and his father’s abandonment and his own cowardice
What happened to Maid Marian?
She died giving birth to Roland because the price of magic for Robin using the wand was that it saved their unborn child, not Marian.

Also he must know that Regina is the Evil Queen, so will he still fall in love with her?

None of this has really been confirmed confirmed within the show. PP told Henry he needs him to save magic because he’s the truest believer. He said he needed to save magic in all worlds, not just one (so that would include NL but we don’t know what PP’s actual plans for NL are though he does seem to enjoy not having people tell him what to do so he would likely want NL to stay pretty much the same).
Robin Hood should definitely have been under Cora’s bubble in the EF when the curse hit. Roland is 4 now and Belle was held captive for approximately 3 years (chalk marks on the cell wall) and the curse has been unfrozen for roughly a year and Marian was VERY pregnant when we saw her while Belle was still with Rumple.
As for whether he’ll fall in love with her, I’m inclined to think yes since the pixie dust is never wrong and it showed them as soulmates. It may just take awhile but it’ll help Regina continue to redeem herself. If nobody on this show could do that, they’d be looking forward to jail time, not trying to find a love interest, and it would likely only be Snowing that had a love life. So I think Robin Hood & Regina will eventually find happiness together (with adorable little Roland as Henry’s little step-brother!)
RG! These were serious questions and somebody might take your headcanon as proven! Tsk tsk! 😛 *gives cookies* As far as I know unless I missed something major, it has not yet been proven that Rumple and Peter Pan are brothers (though it is a lovely headcanon that I approve of).

Not hijacking the thread but would like to add these questions too.
1) How did PP have pixie dust if TB has no magic, wand etc.
2) Why would RH risk his kid to save a Rumble family member kid (Snow/Emma) makes it look like Neal would risk others to safe his family another Rumble in the making huh?. Also, why did the kid have to say “I Believe” when in England with the Darling family they didn’t have to call PP–What was it he just showed up?. Unless this confirms that Wendy is the Sorcerer Apprentice like I thought before.
3) So now all at once PP can fly to England and FTL, but not to SB where Henry is other wise why would PP need Tamara and Greg to bring Henry to NL?
4) How did TB end up in NL, the BF had already clipped her wings etc.
5) Didn’t you have call out to a Fairy, like Snow was suppose to do for her Mother? So why was TB hanging around Regina—Rumble I believe set Regina up right?

I believe that magic is draining from the world because people do not believe due to lack if imagination due to technology. I believe pp needs Henry to start a domino effect and get others to believe to restore the Nevertree which will restore pixie dust and it will be the key for emma and co to get homeWhat happened to Maid Marian?

It was like 1am and I was throwing out theories that I believe. Sorry, original poster. Kat is right. Everything I’ve said is headcanon, not fact.

We don’t know what Wendy did originally to get the Shadow to come to her window. But it is VERY suspicious that she didn’t need to do anything afterward. I don’t trust Wendy Darling

I think it’s important to note that his SHADOW can, not PP himself. So far as we know, PP has never left that island. Once the Curse was lifted and the spell broken, I don’t have an answer for you. I suspect originally the writers might have been going in a different direction with GOAT but the backlash of season 2 made them alter course. As someone who doesn’t like GOAT at all, I’m ok with it. But I understand why this opens up holes.

Phee proposed somewhere else that Blue banishes Tink to NL at some point because Tink is giving fairies a bad name. Tink’s casting call was for a party gilr but we didn’t see that this episode. I think there is probably more to come about Tink

Whatever happened to Thomas in Cinderella’s episode? He disappeared by the well in the Enchanted Forest. Rumple tells her she wont see him again until she has paid her debt.
What did he want with Cinderella’s child anyway? There has been a purpose for other children Rumple has “collected.” He secured Henry for Regina to break the curse. He secured James for King George (and later David) knowing David would meet and fall in love with Snow and create the savior. Will the writers come back to this or do you think this storyline is kaput?
Who is King George’ wife? There was a time when I thought this would turn out to be Cora. My theory was that his wife was not barren, that George’s health was the issue, and that Cora (his assumed wife) would turn to a lover (Henry)in order to conceive. I was wrong. But it would’ve explain why he is so bitter!
Tamara’s backstory? The significance of her grandmother and their relationship to magic? The Dragon?

I wonder if George might be gay. He’s overflowing with resentment about something, and it always seems like an open wound on his soul. Even the death of loved ones, though terrible, is something that people recover from with time. George has talked about a wife, but that could have been a half-truth spoken by someone who thinks he needs to conceal the politically-sensitive details.
I used to think James and David really were George’s sons, from a secret affair Prince George had with a peasant girl. I still like that idea. Maybe I can mash the two ideas together: George made a deal for Rumpel to turn him straight for just long enough to do his duty and produce an heir. Then, when he changed back, he avoided Ruth because he didn’t want to be reminded of the experience, and Rumpel wasn’t about to give away the news that there had been twins.
