I have lots of questions from the scene where Regina first meets Rumplestilzkin. What did Rumple mean when he says “I knew you long ago. I’m so happy. We are back where we belong. Together.” This implies to me that they spent more than just a few moments together. “I know everything about you. I held you in my arms. Back when you were more… portable”. To me, portable means easily carried from one place to another. Under what circumstances did Rumple carry Regina from one place to another. Did he actually carry her from one mother and bring her to Cora? And why did he use the word “portable”? It sounds like a play on words, meaning easily carried through a portal.

I know alot of people thing Regina and Cora are sisters, and you may be right. But are there any hints or clues that might suggest that Regina and WWW might have been switched at birth. Adam said in the Keck article regarding the Snow?Aurora that they wouldnt do a soap-opera baby switch. But would they do a dark baby switch with Rumple, Cora, Regina and http://WWW.

I dont for a moment think that Rumple didnt make Cora pay a price for tricking him in their baby deal. I actually think since Cora broke thier second deal, that Rumple went back to thier original deal, which was Cora giving Rumple her first born in exchange for him teaching her to spin gold.

Interesting. I thought maybe he was just using “portable” instead of just saying that he knew Regina when she was a baby. There is totally more history between Cora, Rumple & Regina when Regina was a baby or small child based on the phrase, “We are back where we belong. Together.” Maybe Rumple tried to convince Cora to ditch Henry Sr again and run away with him. Maybe seeing the future on how powerful & useful Regina would become later. Never thought “portable” could imply an actual portal, like say to OZ. I wonder if Rumple got Regina’s tears used in 2×21 at this time.

I wonder if Regina tried to run away before, like as a small child. If I had a mother like Cora, I would want to run very far away. Maybe that’s when she met Rumple the first time. He found her and kept her with him till Cora figured out where she was. A memory spell could have been used like Regina did to Henry so she wouldn’t remember Rumple.

on regina running away and meeting the dark one: i can see this happening. and we could see more of rumple being a father figure. because when all is said and done i think that he and regina do have an interesting mentour relationship in storybrooke.

what i really want to know is: how did it get in rumple and regina’s relationship from  teacher and student (episodes such as we are both, the doctor, quite a common fairy, and possibly even the evil queen though i am not sure) to skin deep where she is actively working against rumple and wants him powerless. i think there is a missing link here somewhere can someone illuminate this?

It is a missing link–my  thought was she found out what Jefferson and Whale did to fool her to give false hope and yank it away.  She brought Whale to SB after all and she had an issue with Jefferson because it seemed she was not all that sorry to leave him in WL–plus she just let Grace stay with those neighbors, in SB rather than reunite them, she made him know the two lives, but trapped him in the house.  An extra special torture for him.

Ooh me too, OD. Perhaps she found out that Rumple was behind the whole “raise Daniel from the dead fake out” and turning her into his monster. In 3×6, Regina says to Rumple: “You’re not going to die by any one’s hands, but my own.” after Rumple points out that he can only stop Pan by dying. So whatever it was, she still wants payback. Regina & Rumple haven’t had their final battle yet. More proof for why Rumple can’t be dead, just lost.

Buggered if I remember where the gifset is, but here are pics of Stephen and Eion…

Everyone complains how Eion looks nothing like LittlePinocchio, but he sure does look like a Stiltskin.

I could see him doing something like that. But I could also see that, if he already knew he was gonna corrupt Cora’s child, that would be revenge enough for him. And having Regina push Cora through to WL was some bonus punishment for her having gone back on their deal too. So I could see them maybe writing in another altercation between YoungCora and Rumple, which involved BabyRegina somehow. But if they just leave things as is, it doesn’t feel like there’s a hole in that aspect of the story for me.
