i think its more a case of he knew because the seer told him there would be a curse. also in all the enchanted tree discussions Rumplestiltskin was no where to be seen. Therefore Rumplestiltskin would be completely shocked to learn that eh could have gotten there through enchanted tree. what if he thinks that Emma and Pinnocchio used the hat or the bean or I don’;t know some sort of other portal. I am just saying nothing tells me that Rumple knew anything about a magic tree.

Can someone jog my memory…. Remember there was something about Rumpels ring when he was about to die from the poison in S2 but it change color when Cora died in his place? Didn’t they say that was importNt or something?

Jane Espenson mentions that Rumple’s Ring is just a cool ring… NOW. It could become significant in the future. A & E have also mentioned that it could be significant in the future. It was in 2×15 “The Queen is Dead” in which Hook stabbed Rumple and Rumple’s ring came up and rumored to change from blue to red. In one shot right when Hook stabbed Rumple it looks like the ring is now a different color and in Neal’s apt it sometimes looks like it changed color. The camera certainly kept focusing on it, but I think it was just the way the light was reflecting on it. I hope this helps.

I’ve always thought it was Merlin but maybe it’s just a random wizard that Granny knew.
I think the heart was one of the ones Regina kept in her vault. She paid/made Dr. Whale fake the results saying it was Katheryn’s.

Yes it does. But I’ve always suspected that Granny knew who Snow was all along and took her in out of compassion for the lost princess.

Lol! You beat me to it, Once_Dude. Red’s coat was the only unanswered question I had for 1×15. I like the others you gave. I think the coat came from Rumple, since he mentioned having a complicated history with Granny. I would like to see where else August traveled, too. I think he may have been in OZ or at least Kansas based on clues – his license plate & the emerald stone in his belt buckle. I agree with RG’s answer about the fake heart.

My 1 question was answered: “Where did Rumple get the bow & quiver of arrows that never miss their target? Answer: According to 2×18, He took them from Robin Hood, after Robin breaks in and Rumple captures him. The arrows are magical.”

After re-watching Save Henry just now……. Would Regina REALLY have killed a baby??? She says “Well I guess getting rid of a baby just made my to-do list.” I mean okay, I know she sent children to steal the apple from the blind witch, but ultimately The Blind Witch ate them, not Regina… Would regina have really killed a newborn baby with her own hands 😮

Regina sent her guards to kill Emma. I doubt Regina would’ve got her hands dirty herself.

When Emma and Snow entered teh hat, they found on doors they just plunged down into the enchanted forest. please explain hat mechanics!!!!!!! i have been pondering this since that episode and never found an answer.
