Questions for 2×1 “Broken” ….. 2×1 – Why did Maleficent cast the same sleeping curse on Aurora that she did on Aurora’s mom? Are there 2 Prince Philips?….2×1 – Aurora mentioned that Mulan wasn’t the only one who knew about sacrifice. How/why did Aurora end up willing to undergo the sleeping curse? Was it to protect her people?…
Update – Why did Maleficent cast the same sleeping curse on Aurora that she did on Aurora’s mom? Are there 2 Prince Philips? Answer: According to 4×14, Maleficent wanted Queen Briar Rose & King Stefan to suffer for whatever they did to Mal (still unknown). She didn’t want them to be happy over Aurora’s pending wedding to Prince Philip. So instead of killing them she put Aurora under the sleeping curse. No 2 Prince Philip’s. The name Briar Rose is used for Aurora’s mom instead of Queen Leah like in the Disney film “Sleeping Beauty” so Briar Rose & Aurora aren’t the same person.
Update – Aurora mentioned that Mulan wasn’t the only one who knew about sacrifice. How/why did Aurora end up willing to undergo the sleeping curse? Was it to protect her people? Answer: According to 4×14, Maleficent came to “visit” Aurora. Aurora stood up to her stating she would defeat Mal because she has true love. Mal mentions having a special curse for Prince Philip and she pricks Aurora’s finger with the sleeping curse.

Questions for 2×9 – “Queen of Hearts” 2×9 – ?.. 2×9 – Is the storybook written with the special squid ink?…
Update – Answer: According 4×18-20, the pen or quill needs to made from an enchanted tree and the ink is just magic ink. But in SB, the ink needs to contain with the Saviors’s darkness via blood in order to be able to magically write down the stories of villains getting happy endings.

Unanswered Questions for 2×11 “The Outsider” –
The only unanswered question I have left for this episode (originally I had 8) is:
2×11 – Mulan’s village is in FTL. Where is Shang? Or doesn’t he exist in FTL because he wasn’t part of the original folk tale about Mulan?

2×12 – The Hat’s rule is that the same number of people that go through must come back. Who went with Jefferson, stayed in LWC, and came back in order for Dr Frankenstein to visit FTL?
2×12 – What happened to Gerhardt? Is he still locked up in Frankenstein castle and has been there for 28 years, or did he get out of his cage before Victor was sucked out of that world by the curse? Will Victor find a way to save his brother?

2×13 – How were Jack and James able to climb the beanstalk if the beanstalk was enchanted? Was it enchanted later to protect Anton?

Well she says “slay a jabberwock” which I guess we should take differently as kill. Jabber was completely trapped and unable to free herself in the place she was imprisoned. I assumed Jack did it and it doesn’t really go against the whole “slaying” thing. She got rid of the jabberwock, and made it impossible for her to terrorize the village again. Problem solved. Ya know, at least until Jafar came along. And yeah she says “Far off land” so I guess she did go to wonderland.
2×13 – How long was Jack a slayer? Why did she become one?
Money, I assume. It seems in character that she is a gold digger.

Only Maleficent (and eventually Regina) knew how to do it, right? Sleeping spells don’t require TLK to be awoken. But the CURSE does.
– How exactly was the curse lifted on PapaJones? We know that love has to be shared, not one sided. He could have fallen for her while he was cursed, but why would she fall for a comatose man whom she possibly doesn’t even know? And even so….why would she kiss? There is a story hidden beneath that one that is far more terrifying the more you think about it …
– How did Papa Jones survive all these years? Was it the curse?
– Where is Liam II?
– How did Hook not know he was a dark one? There were a few signs that come along with being a dark one: Hearing the call of the dagger/sword, not being able to sleep, seeing Dark One apparitions, and of course magic that is tied to ones emotions. How did Hook not notice any of these things? Why did Nimue not try to let Hook know? Why didn’t Hook become aware he had magic when he was in a very emotional state?
– Where did the magic goblet of magic come from and why was it there?
– Who/where did Merlin escape from?
– How could Regina use the wand this time…but not before? I thought they needed someone wicked and she was too far on the good side to use it? Why did it work now? Why does “beliving in herself” make a difference?
– Does Hook, like, not have any other clothing?
