His bed didn’t look like it could fit 2 people either… The Hook fan fics I’ve read describing his room weren’t even close to the reality. Hehe.
We had single beds in our rooms at university college (frat/dorms/whatever you call it where you are). You’d be surprised how many couples slept together every night.
It is unsurprisingly snug but kind of nice. Not that I would’ve wanted to do it all the time!

Who knows, because I don’t think we’ll see Liam again even though he was apparently the reason Hook turned pirate. I would LIKE to see the story of the King who sought poison–was he misled, because how in the name of the slaughtered, wingless Pegasus did they find out about Neverland?
Did Pan set that up? Send a dream it was a healing plant? Or maybe it was –but the adult fears polluting the dream land turned it into poison.
They could have done so much more with Nl.

I have headcanon and nothing more. Blue created the dagger. A long time ago the BF fell in love with a mortal man. She wanted them to be together forever so she created a spell on the dagger that when she stabbed him in the heart it would make him immortal. But all magic comes with a price, and so it made him immortal but it also turned him evil. Ever since then she has been looking for a way to get the DO curse out of the EF.

He was wearing the cuff so he had no magic…. And why did the dagger even harm Rump? Assuming he didn’t stab himself in the heart, he wasn’t technically the dark one without his powers so its not like dagger would have killed him like Zoso

Yes, Rumple had no magic and part of the beauty of his choice was he realized he didn’t need it–but at the same time using the shadow and dagger sort of was using magic. So it undercuts it, but I guess it is part of him as he was turned into a magical creature and it was one last act to call it back and stab.
This thread is long and I’ve lost track of the unanswered questions we have here so far, and we had an earlier “pot holes” thread too that tackled some of the wonky things we’ve wondered about.
Maybe at some point over the hiatus we can create a version of the really unanswered things, and the things that seem like there’s no way to explain it even within the logical rules of magic (like continuity errors and stuff) (actual plot hole mistake).

I agree that it wasn’t explained well. I am hoping that because it was such an integral part of this arc and 311 and given that 3.2 will probably have some sort of “search for Rumple” theme going on, that it will be cleared up.

I think the shadow, like Pan’s, might be an entity unto itself and maybe it just knew that Rumple would need his dagger so it just happened to be there at the right time? (ugh. I sorta hate shadows after this arc)
