I’ve never seen Buffy, so I don’t know about these characters ^^
I do think it is good to have these purely evil characters every once in a while, but I’m simply more interested to learn about internal struggles and how they got to a certain point – which is not the case with purely evil characters.

Ah, Buffy villains. Glory was my favorite. She was just all kinds of crazy.

If they do have a villain who is evil for evil’s sake, you’re right. It won’t be PP. I think it would have to be someone who is, traditionally, already evil/the bad guy.

They had the blind witch I guess. We never learned any story for her and likely will not.
