I can buy the whole wiped memories thing as far as everyone missing a year. Everyone would know that Regina stopped Pan’s curse and that doing so meant going back to the EF. Since they have found themselves back in SB it would be pretty obvious that something is wrong here (especially if Snow shows up pregnant).
True. I guess things wouldn’t add up for them, memory-wise, so that could trigger them to ask questions like Belle does in that scene. I just hope that they do get that year of memories back, because there had to have been relationships developed during that time, (Snow and Regina, Regina and Robin, Neal and Belle, even hopefully Neal and Hook) and it would suck if they just forgot all about that year and never remembered.
Yes. The dagger went to Oz where the WWW found it. There’s a theory connecting the dagger to Oz
I’m not necessarily on board with Rumple and the dagger having gone to Oz, but I do think that WW found it and him shortly after he went *poof* and has had him under her thumb for the better part of a year by now.
It’s possible that the WWW still has the slippers.
Jefferson said they’d been moved but…he’s not exactly someone I would trust with my bank account, ya know?
Jefferson had no reason to lie though, he didn’t even know what the slippers had been for. Suppose that could have been an act on his part, but without getting Seb back to show what really happened, which at this stage doesn’t seem likely to happen, I’m inclined to just believe him in this case.
IF those red shoes that Eva was wearing were the ruby slippers, then they somehow ended up in Oz after her death, and weren’t there for too long before Dorothy used them to hop outta there. Which begs the question, how did Eva’s shoes end up in Oz? And this is where I’m gonna get RG on the hook to believe Jefferson…Sneaky Fairy saw to it that Eva’s shoes got out of FTL, so they could be used by Dorothy and taken to a land without magic, specifically so that Rumple couldn’t get his hands on them now that their guardian (Eva) was dead, because Sneaky Fairy wanted him to use the Curse instead. 😛
[adrotate group="5"]February 7, 2014 at 8:03 am #243572HappyEndingsSpectatorI still think that SB has no magic for a couple of reasons.
1. Tink has no Wand
2. WW has a dagger but are we sure it is Rumples
3. The original curse had Mr. Gold with all the wands
4. I think the cuff is still on Mr. Gold
5. I do think the dagger went to OZ, where the last dark one came from since we are suppose to get the history of the dagger some time.
6. Nothing in this article mentions the Black Fairy
7. Smee is not a rat so again no magic
8. Funny they give us the name of the good Witch – Glinda but not the WW what is the big secret about her name?
9. Glinda description sounds more like Tink then Glinda.
10. Is the WW the same Witch that was again Rupz?Question: Didn’t ZoZo hold the dagger up himself in FTL when the parents where trying to stop the guards from taking their little girl I don’t remember it has been so long.

No, Zoso wasn’t in possession of the dagger, the Duke was, which is how he was able to control Zoso. If Zoso had the dagger himself, he wouldn’t have been compelled to do the Duke’s bidding, and wouldn’t have needed Rumple to steal the dagger and stab him in order to be set free from what the Duke was making him do, and to be freed of the Dark One curse. Zoso held his hand in the air when performing the magic, but he didn’t have the dagger.

That’s true. But is it possible for WickedHatter to be a thing and not have Seb back? We just hear about it from the Witch

If she wants to kill Regina or who ever I think by removing them from having magic you give you the edge.

I see where you’re coming from with this and it is logical (I mean..why let your enemies have power, right?) I’m just confused as to how she prevents magic from coming or keep it out of SB when the solution is simple: take a strand of Snow’s hair, a strand of Charming’s hair, put it in a bottle and drop it down the well.
It’s so *easy* to bring magic to SB (easier than it should be) that her solution to not bring magic to SB seems pointless when it would take a few moments to bring it.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"February 7, 2014 at 12:08 pm #243614kfchimeraParticipantUnless her game is to bring magic so only SHE has it. We don’t know what they will think up with magic as the rules are quite malleable and apparently, riddled with exceptions. Death is death, unless of course you’re in the free return period and the thing that killed you used magic and dies itself. Riiiiight. Ok then. Blue Fairy, messing up continuity/plot/suspension of disbelief since Season 1.
I think it is likely we will get backstory on the Dagger and origin of the Dark One itself if it does tie into Oz. Zoso as a name after all someone pointed up did fit into a character in the books. Maybe WWW has magic because she has the dagger, and the DO is able to do things and no one else can?
That would certainly make for a challenging raising of the stakes here, and put our characters in extreme danger.

February 7, 2014 at 12:20 pm #243617SlurpeezParticipantAs it currently stands, we don’t know enough about the WW, her powers, or her curse to know whether there is magic or not in SB. I’m inclined to think that if/when the WW casts this new curse (as it seems she will), then I’d say initially there won’t be any magic in town, just as there wasn’t in S1 until Rumple dropped the potion of true love down the well. Maybe the WW will likewise try and bottle true love from the hairs of Charming and Snow; it seems like the second child of Snowing and the new baby for Aurora/Philip could also be important to the WW’s plans. Maybe she wants to make more saviors? I could see it going that way (which would be sort of unoriginal if you ask me, but hey, the writers will do what they will).

Maybe she’s been searching for the dagger in EF. It’s not there, so she takes their memories so they don’t remember who she is, then takes them all back to Storybrooke to continue her search.
February 7, 2014 at 12:32 pm #243619HappyEndingsSpectatorOk, I wonder if the new witch or the Black Fairy is named “Nettle”
Actress Katie Von Till is the voice of Snow White in the special April 4 episode (“The Enchanted Feast”). In it, Megan Mullally will return as evil fairy Miss Nettle. A preview of the episode will be available for verified users on WATCH Disney Junior on March 25 and on iTunes on April 5.
I guess the babies haven’t been born yet so no hairs can be taken from them. I wish Snow did have her baby before the new curse happened since it has been a year but who knows. Besides Rumple had to other ingredients for the potion then just Snow’s and David’s hair. I think that is what Regina is trying to make in that promo and through the bottle because she couldn’t make the potion.
