Good news! The show’s executive producer has tweeted that Galavant is “far from over.” Whether that means a TV movie or a second season remains to be seen, but it sounds like there will be some sort of resolution.

I sure hope so! We can’t end the series hanging like that! Move it to cable or maybe even turn it into a Netflix series if that’s what it takes!

Darren Evans, (Chef Vincenzo) was cast in this FX pilot, so if Galavant gets picked up for season two, we might not see the chef again.
That makes me sad because he was my favorite.
“I think so, yeah,” Fogelman said. “We don’t have official word yet but we’re hopeful. It looks good. They never tell you until May but all indications are pretty positive.”

Nothing is definite until May. But it is nice to know there’s stuff that was cut from season one that could be potentially used for season two.

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I do hope ABC is being more lenient on Galavant’s performance since 1) It was launched on Sundays in January against the Golden Globes and the 2nd biggest NFL game of the year. 2) It was a limited series only meant to air in 4 weeks. Would ABC really have anything better to air in such a time period? Plus, the soundtrack sales could be decent enough.
