Yeah, Henry and Rumple BOTH shipping Swanfire. There is no escape. Last thing they both shipped this hard was Snowing.
But Rumple realizing that the Lacey issue is going to hurt his chances at reconciling with Bae and being too proud to own up to what’s really going on hurts 🙁 Sounds like he’s been avoiding Neal so he can avoid dealing with the Henry issue, cuz he’s still scared of what he might do, and of course with the whole Lacey thing he’s got extra avoiding to do. The timeline hurts my head though–they weren’t in NY very long, they haven’t been back for more than a week or two, and yet there are beans…ouch.
And Hook might be willing to hand Regina over but he’s not willing to stoop to torture. He’s got an interesting code. He needs hugs. Too bad Rumbelle hugs would probably give him heartburn 🙁

I know that in the grand scheme of this entire extended preview, Lacey and Rumple are the last things we should talk about, but I am super worried. I hold the faith that Belle will be back by seasons end, but something something needs to snap Rumple out of this because it looks like he’s gone dark enough to keep Lacey but too dark to hold on to Bae. And I agree with Keb, he’s been avoiding Bae since The Miller’s Daughter and that wonderful moment between the two of them.

I agree. Freya Tingley is Wendy Darling. Well, that rules out her being Ariel. I’m a little sad about that, but SO excited to see Wendy and Peter Pan!

So. Six months later. If that’s six months after falling through the portal he made with the bean, then Bae came to (a) London of the Victorian era a couple hundred years ago (according to Bae’s own account of his age to Emma). But the London they’re depicting looks like ours of a hundred twenty, a hundred fifty at most, years ago.
Doesn’t sync up well with the timeline 🙁 I estimated Rumple at about 49 when Bae leaves him, which works well with the actor’s age and the claim of Rumple being about 300, but that leaves us about 250 years between then and now. Wonder how/if they’ll explain it. They have indicated that magic -can- go across time (Rumple says time/space to August, Regina used the hat to get an apple from the past). Also wonder whether this is Bae’s first stop and if it counts as our world or not.

Now my posting on the other thread makes no sense whatsoever!! GAAA I loved seeing what they used from the scene I got to see from afar. It was heartbreaking to hear the full dialogue – poor Neal. First he kind of suspects that Emma has feelings for him AND she accuses his fiancé of being evil, then his dad tells him he still has feelings for Emma. He seems completely clueless here. I understand his anger at Rumple and his disappointment. Rumple is going to be put in the position of making a choice rather soon I would say. I hate to say this and I hope it isn’t true, but it almost seems like there’s not enough time for Lacey to become Belle this season. AAAAACK! Will the game changer be Gold choosing between Neal and Belle? (NONONONONONO) I will never sleep tonight!
Wow! What a jam packed 8 minutes! I’m still a bit confused about what happened with Bae though. Why did he end up in late 19th/early 20th century London? Can’t wait to see the rest of Bae’s story.
Gold is *totally* putting on a show for Lacey. He’s pushing Whale down because he *looked* at her? That’s ridiculous even for Gold! He is playing up his bad boy image for her and got caught by his son. Boy is he in between a rock and a hard place.
You can never quite tell what Hook is thinking. He seems to at least have some compassion for Regina- enough to not help Tamara and Greg, but not enough to help Regina herself. This whole magic vs science thing is going to be very interesting.
But the thing is, this show is AMAZING at squeezing in a bloody lot in too short a timeframe. I don’t know how often I’ve looked at the clock with like ten minutes left and gone HOW? just HOW will they wrap THIS up? And yet they do and then they twist and there’s something to wait for next time. Every single time.
