RG, that’s cool that Adam replied to confirm the Rumple ep!
Having just watched the whole CC Panel just before, there was this:
Q: I want to know if we will find out what mermaid Regina was so interested about that she went to Rumple.
A: That’s a great question. I know, ah, that anything can happen in Neverland. Watch season 3.So…Regina has a connection to a mermaid who has a connection to NL which is the place Tink is associated with?
So…Did Rumple refuse to help Regina with her “mermaid problem” and kick her out so he could be emo over what she’d just told him about Belle? And then did Tink pop up to help Regina with the “mermaid problem” instead and that’s how Ariel ended up in NL? “Oh I can take that mermaid off your hands, no probs. I know of a fun place you can send her to.” What problem did Regina have with Ariel to begin with? Will it be related to her wanting to become human? Does this mean Regina will fill the role of Ursula? Or was Ariel sent to NL still as a mermaid and there’ll be a whole other story with Ursula and Ariel getting her legs in NL?
Would it be too early for them to show the circumstances of Henry’s adoption? For some reason I wasn’t expecting SB flashbacks early in the season. But perhaps it’d actually be perfect timing now that Regina is going to find him in present day?
If PP and Tink = THO involvement, and if THO were involved with Henry’s adoption, then it could actually fit nicely if we see flashbacks to Tink being involved in helping Regina separate Ariel from her father and contrast it with Tink being somehow involved with helping Regina get Henry, who is being separated from his birth mother.
I need to ponder this some more, but my head is starting to hurt.
Perhaps Regina made a deal with Tink to give Snow the fairy dust.
But what would Regina gain from that? Snow was keeping that dust to use on Regina. Unless it’s another case like Cora with the candle where she inadvertently handed Snow the weapon to be used against her?
I’m not ready to rule out Tink being the one who gave Snow the fairy dust yet, but if it is the case, I don’t think we’ll see it until a Snow centric ep later in the season. If Tink isn’t showing up until ep3 and the Snowing ep is ep2, then we can’t be seeing Snow get fairy dust from Tink yet.
I’m thinking that ep2 will have to involve Snow’s time with RH, (who has been re-cast, so we must be seeing him early on in the season). And hasn’t there been talk about David having gone off on his own at some point in his pre-Snow days and people were wondering if maybe he also spent time with RH and that’s where he learned to swordfight? So perhaps in the ep2 Snowing centric, we’ll see flashbacks to times when both Snow and David were with RH? I’m imagining a situation where they only missed meeting each other by a day or so, and whichever one was there first says goodbye to RH right before the other one happens to come along.
[adrotate group="5"]July 22, 2013 at 3:21 am #201437PheeParticipantrumbelledearie posted a couple of Robert interviews in another thread, and I got a bit rambly and the post ended up being suited to this current discussion, so I figured I’d post my thoughts here instead of there. First, here’s the interview:
He must have been told a rough outline of the immediate future storylines, because he says it’s ep3 where we’re gonna see “very dark” Rumple emerge. So I think any connection he has to Belle will probably have to come after that, because as he says earlier in the interview, the further he is from Belle, the worse off he (and everyone else) is. If he’d had contact with Belle in the 1st 2 eps, he woudn’t be “very dark” in ep3.
That ep will be Regina centric, which brought me back to thinking about the comments I made about that in my previous post here about if we might be re-visiting Regina’s mermaid problem. That mermaid problem scene was when she told Rumple about Belle being dead. So if we might flashback to that time in FTL and see him in his freshly Belle-less “very dark” mindset, it could work well also showing him in present day NL in his freshly Belle-less “very dark” mindset.
Sorta sounds like maybe he’ll leave the JR and go off on his own little suicide mission instead of trying to work with everyone else.
We know ep4 is Rumple centric. So maybe he can hit rock bottom in ep3 and then start to see the light a bit in ep4 when Belle comes back into play somehow in the ep that will focus on him, and that’s when we’ll get this mystery “meeting” that Rumbelle are gonna have in NL.

Yes that is also my guess. And maybe by that point, Neal has returned home to SB?
Also, I get the feeling RC knows more about what is to come than anyone else. Yet another reason to find him….
If we’re right and Rumbelle communicate through the magic mirror, episode 4 might also be when we meet Ariel. At least in present day.

Hope you’re ready for Neverland, because it was revealed today that it will be featured throughout all of season 3. As for Peter Pan, it was asked if he was “evil” and Adam Horowitz replied that “he has a complicated motivation.” We can also expect to meet Tinker Bell!
Ginnifer Goodwin Describes Snow White
Series star Ginnifer Goodwin (Snow White / Mary Margaret) has a word to describe her character: “impulsivity.” Despite what people may think of Snow White, Goodwin said that she can be “selfish” as well. Star Josh Dallas (Prince Charming / David Nolan) agreed that his character also has “impulsivity.”Boy, I hope they won’t ruin Snow anymore then what they have already in Season 2 🙁

According to the interviews I’ve seen/heard, all the characters are going to be working to getting back to who they were in FTL before the Curse. But Snow’s has to deal with the dark heart. It’s part of her now. It’s not about magic-ing it away, it’s about learning to live with it. She can’t be the “good” one all the time. It would be massively boring for the audience and for the actress. She has to have an arc.

I mean she must want to scream when she has to be positive and nice all the time. I can also see how Snow is selfish. She wants her family to be together no matter what the consequences are for everyone around them. It makes sense for GG to describe her like that.
July 22, 2013 at 4:06 pm #201514SlurpeezParticipantA new teaser pic from Adam:
"That’s how you know you’ve really got a home. When you leave it, there’s this feeling that you can’t shake. You just miss it." Neal Cassidy
July 22, 2013 at 4:07 pm #201515RumplesGirlKeymasterSlurpeez I just posted that in a new thread to discuss that, under spoiler for 304 since it’s episode specific.

Agreed. She’s this archetype of the “perfectly good” person, but that inevitably leads to her being imperfect. Because really, there’s no such thing as “perfect” we just have to strive to do the best we can for ourselves and for others, even if that means having faults.
