It was in “The Doctor”. Here was the excerpt of the conversation:
Mad Hatter: (pulls a glass ball from his bag) I got what you wanted.
Rumplestiltskin: What about the slippers?
Mad Hatter: Oh. Couldn’t find ’em. Heard talk they’d already been moved to another land.
Rumplestiltskin: That’s what I needed to get to that other land.
Mad Hatter: Well, come with me in my hat. I’m sure we can work something out.
Rumplestiltskin: No, no. Your hat only transports between magical realms. I need to get to a land without magic.

There were some other “Oz” references that turned out to not be related to Oz myth like Whale being called a Wizard in the past, Regina following a yellow “brick” road to find the beans. I think it’s coming for S4.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"and waaaaaaay back before S2 ended I hypothesized that THO in our world was being run by Dorothy but her reveal won’t be until the end of the season. That would be a nice way to set up Oz for S4.
THO being involved with Oz is still one of my fave little crack theories. Back when everyone was analysing Greg’s license plate, my fave interpretation of it was the one relating to Oz. If it eventually turns out that he is tied to Oz in some way, like through the Wizard and Dorothy being involved with THO, I’ll be excited! I’d still sorta love for Grandma to be Dorothy, but I’m thinking if there’s anything to be revealed about Grandma, it’ll come in the first half of the season, and if there are Oz characters to be revealed, it won’t be until the second half.
Plus, remember August had a Kansas license plate on his bike, meaning that he’d spent a bit of time there at some point. Maybe that’s how the HO got a trace initially on August.
Oooo, interesting! I just love it when crack theories can be merged. August was a recruit of THO. THO is run by Oz. August’s plate is from Kansas. Undeniable proof that it’s all true! 😉

Oh man, I saw Adam’s reply before reading the question and thought he was talking about the Beauty and the Beast mirror – almost freaked out lol.
Wait a minute, what if Sidney/Mirror doubles as the B&tB mirror and that’s how he’ll be used? Is that a theory floating around already cause I’m a little behind lol.

Oh okay, I thought he was in clothing for green screen? Maybe the BF found a way for him to channel his inner mirror in SB so they could communicate with NL. Lol either way at least we know what form he’ll take.

That’s the Regina episode, so looks like she is the one with the connection mentioned at the panel. That’s makes sense with Jen’s comment that Regina and Hook had both been their before.
Regarding the magic mirror, we haven’t seen Sidney since before the curse was broken. Will he be embittered against Regina now that he remembers what she did to him? Or will he still be a love-sick puppy who pants for his queen? I wonder if he’ll be in his mirror form now that magic has come to SB. If so, I could see him helping Belle, since he might feel bad for her that she was also a prisoner of Regina, just as he’s been all these years. Perhaps he’ll help Belle contact NL if she remembers him in the hospital basement from her time there.
