Adam and Eddy have said you never know who might be Ursula, leading me to believe she’ll be portrayed by Lana Parrilla. There are a lot of reasons to thinks so, which I listed here.

If Regina is Ursula, do you think they will give Regina an Ursula look or do you think they’ll have Regina in EQ dresses just usurping Ursula’s place?

What if Ursula does exist as her own character in the Onceverse but Regina gets to Ariel before Ursula does so essentially Regina is Ursula without actually being Ursula.

For the first part, I think they’d try to make Regina as Ursula as possible, if only because Lana is dying to do it.
But I also think the second part about being Ursula without being Ursula is possible.

Either of these will be the only thing that would make me happy about the whole “Evil Queen is Ursula” scenario. Personally, I feel she is good enough to be her own unique character with a backstory and motivation, but I suppose if Adam and Eddy have Regina be Ursula then I’ll trust them to do it right and not disappoint Ursula’s fan.
Also….I remember that theory that the Nurse in SB was Ursula. If Ursula is indeed her own character, I’d much like it to be that woman.

I was looking for this thread. (I keep track of too many), because I wanted to say both Ariel and Eric were announced separately and I think that was too build excitement for 2×06 when we finally get to it. Just because we haven’t heard about Ursula, doesn’t mean Lana’s going to do it.
Of course, Adam & Eddie can always put their own spin on TLM but I’d really like for Ursula to be her own character.
I’m wondering if they are going for a more creature Ursula. Like Maleficent but full on Kraken. Regina could still be the terrifying sea witch that summons the creature.
Maybe they’ll make Ursula Regina’s pet… ha, kidding.

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"Good grief how many times do we have to hear about Belle, the writers has told us several times about her it is the same questions over and over, and I am really sick and tired of that relationship stuff!!!! Why he doesn’t answer any other questions besides this stuff is beyond me. For instance have they filled the role for that Liam guy, what episode are they really on.
Doesn’t someone have a blog or that tumbler thing to post what the writers and Adam has already answer so we won’t get the same questions over and over 🙁
