I don’t think PP can fly because he’s lost the ability to believe. That was one of the BIG requirements to being able to fly.

I think you’re right, RG. PP had pixie dust when he met Henry, but needed the heart of the truest believer to be able to fly again. Although PP appears to have dark magic to be able to apparate (appear/disappear) around the island, he might not have enough magic to transport himself to other worlds any longer. Hence, why PP now relies on the shadow to retrieve children who say, “I believe.”

Those were some of that last pics from Ginny (there is another one where Tink is crouched on the ground next to Emma and Neal and Josh still has the arrow but his eyes are closed) when they were shooting 307 (I think…) so yes, for sure Tink will be back by then and probably for the rest of the first half!

I retwatched 301 tonight. Right before Henry and PP jump off the cliff with the pixie dust this little conversation happens:
