Least Favorite Villain:
Whitehall. When a character is introduced as Nazi, you know it’s not going to be good! Whitehall was just plain evil. His only motivation for his actions was pure selfishness. He tortured innocent people for his own gain, and he had to force people to work for him if they didn’t do it willingly (the ‘compliance’ thing). He didn’t even have a good sense of humor!
From the first episode we met him, I said ‘this guy needs to die…now.’ It took them a while to do it, but I’m so glad he’s dead. It looks like Coulson is our resident ‘villain killer.’

Fitzsimmons!! I could spend hours going over why I love these two so much! Fitz’s absolute dedication to Simmons, even willing to die for her!, is perfect and beautiful in every way. It may take a little while, but I think Simmons will admit that she is in love with him too.
I also really like Philinda. I really believe that those two have a past, and I wish they would show us Coulson and May pre-Bahrain. I’m sure there was a relationship there at one point!
And I shipped Skyeward pretty hard up until Turn, Turn, Turn. I liked Skye’s ability to make Grant a kinder and happier person, which I truly think she did, but he had a pretty dark past to begin with, and he was in far to deep to step away from Garrett/Hydra. I don’t ship them currently, but if the writers give Ward a really strong redemption arc, I could see myself shipping it again.
So, as you can see, I ship pretty much anything that’s canon. Oops 😛

It was only for a brief period of time, but I was not a fan of May/Ward. I understand why they did it, but it still gave me an icky feeling. Especially since Ward was in love with Skye. I don’t know if this counts as canon because it was only for 1 episode, but I also hated Ward and Lorelei, because there was absolutely no basis for a real relationship.

Okay, this is hard because I pretty much ship everything that’s canon. Skimmons, I guess, though I ship it as a friendship and not a romantic relationship. Same with FitzWard…until Ward tried to kill him, I thought their friendship was really adorable. It was like the brotherly relationship that Ward never got to have.

Coulskye…not a fan. I see it as a 100% father-daughter relationship, and I don’t get how people see it romantically. I think their relationship is perfect the way it is, and be really disappointed if it turns into a romantic relationship.

This show has had some amazingly hilarious and witty quotes, but my favorite is a little more philosophical. It’s from when Fitzsimmons are underwater and they’re talking about what death would be like. The scene was serious, but with a light touch of Fitzsimmons-style humor. The entire scene gave me chills. I’m going to consider their whole exchange as one quote:
Simmons: “I like to think about the First Law of Thermodynamics. No energy in the universe is created…
Together: and none is destroyed.
Simmons: That means that every bit of energy inside of us, every particle, will go on to be a part of something else. Maybe live as a dragon-fish, a microbe, maybe burn in a supernova 10 billion years from now. And every part of us now, was once a part of some other thing. A moon, a storm cloud, a mammoth…
Fitz: A monkey
Simmons: …A monkey. Thousands and thousands of other beautiful things that were just as terrified to die as we are. We gave them new life. A good one, I hope. It’s fitting we’re down here together, Fitz. This is where all life began. On our planet, anyway. Just outside that glass…
Fitz: Jemma…”
Beautifully written. I love those two :’)

I love Fitzsimmons’ Holotable…watching Ward and Coulson trying to figure it out was hilarious. ICErs are also pretty cool. (lol…get it? Cool)

This is easy for me. From S2E3, the scene when Fitz stumbles upon Ward in the cell. The acting was AMAZING. Iain (Fitz) has grown so much as an actor throughout the show, and he did a brilliant job portraying Fitz’s emotions and mental struggle. Brett (Ward) also did a fantastic job showing Ward’s reaction to the result of his murder attempt.
For me, this was one of the best-done scenes of any TV show I have ever scene…it was perfect.

Whitehall dissecting Skye’s mother. It was really hard for me to watch…absolutely disgusting.

When Fitz gives Simmons the oxygen. Whenever I rewatch that scene, it still makes me sad 🙁
