I think that along with all those licterature classics we saw in the pictures of the book in NYC, even several not-related-to-fairytales Disney movies could be considered part of the Land of Untold Stories: The Hunchback of Notre Dame (we could have even got a first glimpse at Esmeralda in the finale…), Planet Treasure, Atlantis, Mary Poppins, Pocahontas.. I think there’s a possibility that A&E will not miss the opportunity of using all these Disney stories in S6 thanks to the Untold Stories arc, otherwise these movies would be not so easy to insert in the OUAT universe… Maybe A&E have found the right time to let them shine. Or maybe they’ll continue to live on the Realm of Impossible-to-fit Characters, just a few steps away from Forgotten Character Island.

Keeper of FelixThere’s a part of me that would love to see Will again, with his abrupt disappearance from the show being explained by saying he’s been in the Land of Untold Stories somehow since the end of S4/start of S5. BUT ONLY IF that means they’ll reveal Anastasia is still alive.
I would love Mary Poppins. I think i would rather they do side characters though in stories. Like Burt from Mary Poppins or Cinderella’s step sister or the Artful Dodger or the children of known characters. I just don’t really know how far they are going to go into things, so we will see. I do think that by sitting in the diner in the Underworld means they are going to do something Dickens like, but we will see, i guess.
They used to do that better though, just a character here and there from a story, the Hatter, Jiminy Cricket, and twist the stories.
What would have been cool is instead of a land of untold stories, they somehow incorporated Bert’s chalk drawings from Mary Poppins. Like maybe, each drawing could represent an untold story, and then they could just jump in and visit the world. Oh boy I’m getting a little crazy now haha.

I know it’s OUAT and they like to put an original spin on characters, but based on the real life events in “Saving Mr. Banks” it would be neat if they brought her in and stayed true to the books’ depiction of her – very different from the Disney movie.

I really liked Saving Mr. Banks. Mary Poppins could be Rumple’s mother maybe?
