Rumple had a hand drawn picture of Bae, Hook had a hand drawn picture of Milah, there were drawings in Rumple’s house before Milah left, Gepetto had a hand drawn missing poster of Pinocchio, Moe did a hand drawn and coloured missing poster for Belle. Belle supposedly made a missing poster for Moe but Rumple threw it in the bin (Maybe Belle wasn’t good at drawing).

Hey,you’re right!!!!! I wonder what they do with the drawings after they shoot the scenes…..

Now this may or may not have been intentional,but in 2×12,Gerhart got their father’s gold watch when Viktor should have been the one to have it.That reminded me of a story
I read once called “The Brothers” by Bjornstjerne Bjornson.

In it,the two brothers are separated by the golden watch,and the younger brother eventually dies.Now while Viktor and Gerhart were not separated by the watch in particular,there is still a bit of tension over it,and Gerhart does end up dying……and then brought back to life……and then presumably dying again.

Another thing that interested me was the scene in 2×8 where Charming is in the Netherworld and in front of all those mirrors.It kind of reminded me of a scene in The Phantom of the Opera.I can’t any images or videos of it,but it was kind of neat to think about.

Anyone notice how whenever Hook attempts to go for a girl,he always somehow gets bested? I mean,he thinks he’s got Belle right where he wants her at the gunpoint,but then she reaches up and knocks him a good one with that pipe!!!! 😆 😆 😎 And Emma has repeatedly bested him!!!!!Cora was always doing that too,and so did Regina when she took his hook.

and how he’s always so adept at cheating people out of their magic beans.

And my brother caught this one:Dopey almost always has a purple hat and green jacket on!!!!!

Ooooh,and that line in 2×19 when Rumple says,”You read too many books,dearie!!!!There.Maybe that will keep you from filling your head with poisonous thoughts!!!!”
It reminded me of the conversation Belle has with Gaston in the film:

Gaston:The whole town’s talking about it.It’s not right for a woman to read.Soon she starts getting ideas and thinking….
Belle:Gaston,you are positively primeval.
Gaston:[chuckles]Why thank you,Belle!

Not that Rumple is like Gaston’s [vile but unchanging] character,but the line kind of connected the two shows in a way!! 😀

Hook always flirts withs mothers.

Milah, Emma, Snow, Regina, attempted to with Cora. The only one he’s not flirted with is Belle, either because she’s not a mother or through her connection with Rumple. Perhaps Hook has learnt his lesson of not to go after Rumple’s romantic partners.

All magic comes with a price!

Anyone catch the line in…Lost Girl…I think?…that Hook says to one of the lost boys during the fight:”You remember what I did to Rufio?”

In the Columbia/Tristar movie Hook with Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman,Hook kills Rufio,the head lost boy.I thought it was so neat that they includeed that reference in there!!!!

 

And also,when Regina cast the preservation spell on Henry,she said it lasted only about an hour…..so does that mean that when Daniel died she was going in there every hour re-casting that spell over him???????????????????If so…no wonder she never got over it 😐
