    Could call them the JollyRodgerers but that’s still in the same vein as Hookers but a bit more cheerful.

    😆 Dunno if “rodger” has the same connotations in North America as it does elsewhere?

    If they want a hashtag to promote Hook’s ep, just go with something like #AyeCaptain or #PiratesLife instead of attempting to change the fandom’s name.

    “JollyRodgerers” would be a good name then. Safe for the kids to see without understanding it but a nudge and a wink to those who like to be Hookers.

    Actually, it started as #TeamHookers but I think it got shortened later to just #hookers.

    I think they should just have gone with “Hooked” …that team stuff reminds me of twilight fandom and seriously, I like Hook but not in a rooting for him against other characters sort of way.

    Now we just got to name Nealfire.  We were talking about it on the Glossary thread and nothing is leading from the pack and overtaking the race just yet.  Although #Baebies is gaining traction, I prefer #Fireflies.
