    Who is Neal? Oh wait is snowing baby, forgot about him so this is probably about the snowing baby, that gives them a warning, that is why is they will try to phone him on 516.

    I’m not going to lay down any odds about Neal or MRJ. It’s an interesting title but…yeah, there’s no real hope for anything here.
