Wow! I never really noticed before, but Ethan Embry and David Anders do look a lot a like.

I also love that idea more than King George doing the killing and trying to set Ruby up. Not that King George wouldn’t do something like that, but the whole King George goes after Charming by saying he’s not fit to be Sheriff just because he wasn’t a Prince seems dumb right now without any context.

I know he’s suppose to be one of the big villains this season, but I think it would be more creative if they don’t make it too obvious right now that King George sets up one of the Charming’s friends like that and have Victor’s brother be behind it. That way the audience will think it’s probably King George who did it or had it set up because they probably won’t even think about Victor’s brother appearing so soon, and then surprise, it was really Frankenstein’s monster that was behind the killing.

Plus, I have this theory that the Bae/Rumple reunion is going to be the very last major one that happens, well this season, so I still need to see Gepetto and August reunite, and maybe now that we know about Victor and his brother that would also count as a major reunion that has to happen before Rumple finally gets his reunion.

I’m going to be so disappointed now if they don’t turn out to be brothers because of the uncanny resemblance.

I’m a big fan of the new actor possibly playing the Wizard of Oz. The show has been dropping hints about Oz for the past year, and now would be the perfect time to introduce him. 😉

Question: Once Upon a Time scoop, please?! Maybe info on who Ethan Embry is playing? —Elyse Ausiello: Officially, he’s playing a mysterious Storybrooke visitor. Unofficially, Embry fits the description of a character named Bennett that the show was recently casting. The mid-30s guy next door-type is sweet, charming, intelligent and funny — at least on the surface. Beneath the surface, he possesses a darkness, as well as a willingness to fight to the bitter end for his beliefs and (this is where things get interesting) to prove that his way of life is in the right. What does it all mean?!?!

Whoever he is, he sounds rather formidable.

The bit about him being determined to prove that his way of life is right, coupled with him being a visitor to SB, still has me wondering if he might be a real world person who is anti-magic. I mean, why would someone magical have to defend their way of life to a town full of magical people? And how would a magical person end up in the real world so that they could be considered a visitor to SB? (I know we’ve seen that a couple of times, but both Emma and August had the same, specific reason for having been outside town. And we know that Bae is out there. But it’d sorta feel like overkill to me if suddenly there was some other magical person who had somehow ended up in the real world too.)

Of course, he could always be someone who comes from another magical world and opens a portal to SB. Then he could be Victor’s brother, and his “way of life” he’s defending could be scientific vs the magical folks.
