Not that its crafting, but I just fount out you can freeze cake batter and take it out and bake it later, my mind was blown so I thought I’d share

Today’s progress. Still have to do the heel (and a whole other sock…). Tiny stitches. Eyes hurt.
Oh, neat sock. Is it for you?
Freezing cake batter is interesting. If I do it for myself I usually make a jiffy mix because one box is only one half. A whole cake is too much for me because then I’ll just eat it. 😉
Ignoring my baby blanket even though Lauren can pop at anytime and fighting with my lace scarf. *sigh* I shall get back on track soon I hope.

Oh wow those are tiny stitches!
I bought yarn today. *she says like it’s a confession* I will add that I had two 50% off coupons and it ended up costing me only $4 for two skeins. And it’s discontinued so if I wanted the colorway I had to buy it or I’d never get it. Tempted to buy more but I resisted. I still have one or two more 50% off coupons that are good for a few more days. I’ll probably head back over and get more. I’m weak.
At least it’s cheaper, usually (but not always) than building dollhouses. That’s not an inexpensive hobby by any means.

Okay big confession time: I went to Joann’s and they had a ton on clearance and then I had 4 50% coupons and then I had my 15% teacher discount. Also, I bought a two outdoor fabric ottomans. I bought 23 skeins of yarn, a crochet hook, and those two ottomans all for 104.60 with tax. I saved 160.95 dollars which seems like a lot to me.
So now on I can make a pair of socks, a baby blanket and finish the blackberry salad one I am currently working on.

Flash your new stash!!!!
Yes, I wanna see stash!
I went back today to Joann’s because my 50% off coupons were about to expire tomorrow and got more sock yarn. I got four skeins, two of two different colorways. Tomorrow I plan to corral my downstairs stash and then divide it up into bags by weight and/or fiber. That’s my plans, the likelihood of it actually happening are slim.
