Lovely Jo and Nonnie!
I’m starting a blanket for my aunt’ pregnant co-worker. It’s a corner to corner blanket in “Boy Blue”
day 2 progress.
Looking at RG’s progress I’ve concluded:
1) RG is very motivated and it looks great.
2) Crochet is extremely fast compared to knitting.
3) Jo suffers from a bad case of ADD with knitting and can’t be motivated to pick up her needles.

Shame and peer pressure are my best motivators. 😉

Day 3 progress. The increases in reach row are done, now time to start decreasing.
Great job, RG!
Okay, so I picked up my blanket to combat the shame I’m feeling from it laying there, and started working on it. I’m hoping to finish tonight. I’ve realized why I’m dragging my feet. The knitting itself is basic and very easy but I don’t care for the border at all, but I’ve ripped it out three times and I refuse to do it once more. So I’m going to push through and just suck it up and get it done.
I forgot to comment to Nonnie, I like your wall board for piecing. My mom would have loved having one of those.

Pics when it’s done or it didn’t happen!
Back at it. Had to take a few days off. Starting the decreases now so it will eventually get down to another point.
Decreasing, decreasing, decreasing.
