I can’t see it, Torrie, but I bet it’s beautiful.
I’m still plugging away on my cardigan. Got about 8 inches done on it and only need about 20 more inches left 😛

🙁 Where did it gooooo? Yes, it is lovely…it’s a blue hat. Maybe it’s this whole “Error/syntax” thing. Grrr.

I took a look at it. You seem to have linked to a site, and not an actual IMG code. You need the img location, not a website. The link should end in .jpg or .png
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"So I spent two miserable hours last night frogging two rows of lace that I had a mistake. Then I reknit the one row only to discover I still had a mistake so it was more time to go back and frog that. I ended up going to bed. It wouldn’t be bad but each row is 218 stitches and lace is a *thinks of word* trial to undo so I ended up frogging about 600 stitches last night.
Kind of leery to pick it up today and knit on it, but I will push through. Hopefully.

Ok Torrie. Step by step.
1) Find the picture you want.
2) right click
3) Select “copy image location”
4) Come to this site
5) Select the “insert image” button at the top of the reply box on this thread (it’s the one that looks like a picture)
6) Paste what you copied previouslyl
7) Select insert
Voila. Picture.
There is no reason to attach the picture, in fact, most of the time I’d rather people didn’t do that because the images have to clicked on to be viewed and this is far more simple than me having to go in and re-put in pictures.

In order to use that method, the pic must already be viewable on another website first. If the pic is only on your hard drive or in an email, you need to do one more step before that.
You need to upload your picture to a photosharing sharing site first. Imgur is one, and there are many others. You may have to get an account at one of those places first. 🙂
Then you can follow RG’s great instructions with the pic you have uploaded to the photosharing site. 🙂
