You do such beautiful, professional work, RG. I’m impressed.

I made a hat from Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince movie. It’s Hermione’s hat and it turned out great. The brim in the picture is actually a bit narrower. I had it stretched out before snapping a pic. It turned out beautifully…the only problem is it turned out smaller than I expected. I’m usually not this far off but I have having trouble finding a decrease I liked and went off pattern.

RG, love your stuff. I really like the couch afghan. Those colors are great together.

Today was “Finish your project” day at my house

Up first—“Happy Heart Scarf” done in Deborah Norville’s Neon Pink and Bright Violet, with Caron Simply soft Off White border. Little hard to tell but the pink stitches are designed to look like hearts.

Next, the Fox Hat. Done in Caron Simple Soft Pumpkin, Off White, with a little bit of Purl Essence Black. Yes, I modeled it.

And lastly a little Mandala for decoration in Caron Simply Soft Off White, Bernat Satin Crimson, and Deborah Norville Bright Violet
