I was referring to the Goa’uld from SG-1. In the first half of the show they were basically psychopaths with advanced tech and armies flying around in spaceships. Then they became more of a comic relief, like Nerus for instance. He was a Goa’uld who was just interested in eating and to create nuisance for the characters with things like have a luggage consisting of a million bags….

yes, I meant Sg-1… that’s is probably why I didn’t get the “ridiculous” bad guy reference, I didn’t make it very far in that version of the show.
