Same here. I just keep the site as an open webpage and when it refreshed sometimes & I hadn’t clicked on anything yet on the site, it would pop up. It seemed to happen right after the ads were loaded.

It’s like a weird popup ad or something.  Except it switches us to the app store.  Then, whenever I come back (I don’t know about everyone else), Safari is on a different webpage, and it does’t acknowledge that I was on the page I was on.
