There is a photo of her on the docks by the boat in scuba outfit, I will have to look again for the photo.
I just saw it the other day hopefully someone else saw it and can post it. 🙁
I don’t doubt that you saw a pic, it’s that it probably doesn’t have anything to do with S3 or even OUAT. The cast isn’t on set. Lana was in Israel until recently (maybe you saw one of her vacation pics). The only other option I can think of is from her episode of LOST where she is in the Looking Glass station, which is under water and there is scuba gear there.

Well, I hope A & E have learned how big a letdown it is to kill a Big Bad, Cora, in the middle of the season. Peter Pan hasn’t even been seen yet and likely won’t be for the first few episodes of S3 (I’m imagining an introduction in ep. 4, paralleling Hook’s own), so a definite defeat around episode 11 would be WAY too early to be satisfying.
Yes, I’m picturing that our first intro to PP will be episode 5 (that tends to be the misc. character episode, Archie in S1 and Whale in S2). And then he’ll play a part of the majority of the season until the end.

that is the only one I can find that resembles scuba gear. I’ve looked everywhere. If there was a pic of Lana in scuba gear as Regina, we’d have it here on the site.

I’m not counting on a Peter Pan-centric episode this early, to be honest. My working scenario has our first sight of Peter being in the flashbacks of a Hook-centric one, 3×04 as I mentioned above.

Ah. I guess I misread your initial comment. Yes, the back story that early would be odd, especially if he’s the big bad for an entire season. Cora wasn’t revealed to be the QoH until 9 and then her backstory was 17. But, yes, first official siting will come around 4 or 5. Then lots of mystery and buildup to the backstory.

Yup, seems about right. 🙂

Well we don’t know what the deal was, or what Regina wanted. We don’t know if she wanted the squid ink. And, while I think this comment *may* come back up in S3, it could just be a easter egg to Ariel and have nothing to do with anything.
I’ve also wondered if perhaps she was referring to the Siren we saw in What Happened To Frederick. I know she wasn’t technically a mermaid, but if Regina didn’t like her and was snarking on her, she may have used “mermaid” as an insult. I just think there’s gotta be some story as to how Lake Nostos ended up bone dry, and if Regina wanted to get rid of the Siren, that could explain that.

Yes, I think it can go three ways.
Way 1) Belle and Bae arrive in NL by episode 6, PP is dealt with by episode 11/12 and then we move on to another land
Way 2) Belle and Bae arrive in NL in episode 11/12, then PP is dealt with by episode 16 or 17 (Like Cora) and then we move on.
Way 3) Belle and Bae arrive in NL in episode 11/12, PP is dealt with in episode 21/22 before we move on.
The third one is asking a bit much I think. I’m more in favor of way 2.
The scenario I’m envisioning is closer to (1), but it has PP only having a half-defeat half-victory and thus remaining the Big Bad throughout the rest of S3. It also has the cast returning to SB for the second half the season.
I’m thinking they might have to defeat PP before they’re actually able to leave NL. If so, they could have the plot of Henry’s rescue play out early on in the season, and then spend some more time in NL as they try to figure out a way to actually defeat PP, while still having to keep Henry safe from him. That would all culminate in Rumple vs PP where Rumple ends up undone.
I could see a scenario like that taking up the majority of the season, especially if we have things like Nealfire and Belle arriving in NL part way through, and they take the time to address the various relationships they’re each involved in, and how that would affect the progress of the plan to defeat PP.

I thought we already found out why Lake Nostos was dry. Wasn’t it because Charming killed the siren that guarded the lake to get the magic water for Abigail and Frederick? I thought her death caused the lake to dry up.
Keeper of Rumplestiltskin's and Neal's spears and war paint and crystal ball.
June 5, 2013 at 12:01 pm #197288HappyEndingsSpectatorYes, it was because of Charming killing the siren.
June 5, 2013 at 12:02 pm #197289PheeParticipantRight you are! I hadn’t watched the ep in a while, but just went to check the transcript:
Prince Charming: This is my fault. The siren who lived here? I killed her. That’s why the lake is dry.
Assuming his assumption was correct, that explains that.
I still sorta like the idea that the Siren is who Regina was referring to though, if it would fit into the t-word that that scene at Rumple’s place happened before Charming killed her. Now that they’ve foreshadowed that the mermaids are in NL, why would Regina be having a problem with one in FTL, (unless they’re in both places of course)? And I’m thinking she wouldn’t have liked the existence of Lake Nostos, which could nullify spells she might wanna put on people, so I could buy her having a problem with the Siren.
