1) It’s interesting that Robert doesn’t necessarily see a happy ending for Rumple.
2) Robert doesn’t necessarily want Rumple to settle down with Belle. Maybe that is because the series would be almost over if that ever happens. (At least for Rumple it would be).
3) Robert likes the thrill of playing the Dark One too much to want Rumple to be happy. 🙂

I think Mr. Gold’s first name is going to be the same as his father’s first name.
So that must mean Rumple and Ariel know each other or will at least meet each other!
