August W. Booth as Walt Disney Just looking at a few co-instances. #1 The Motorcycle he rode in on had Kansas Lic Plates. Walt Disney was from Kansas. #2 Then he fixed the book. The Grimm Brother wrote it and Walt Disney redid some things for the Movies. Along with that I found out after Bossy was humming Hi Ho. The Dwarfs never had names in Snow white and the Seven dwarfs. with the Brothers Grimm stories. In 1912 it became a play and names were given, BUT in 1937 when Walt Disney made a movie of it he Change their names to what we know as now. such as Dreamy to Grumpy…….
[adrotate group="5"]March 9, 2012 at 7:46 pm #138491hjbauParticipantIf they make the Stranger a known author or creator of the stories like a Grimm brother or Walt Disney that just seems to break the fourth wall for me. I think that would pull me out of the story. If he is the writer or creator of the book i think he should be a new character.
March 9, 2012 at 8:17 pm #138499SnickerdoodleParticipantI hope it is not Walt Disney. Back when the episode that introduced our stranger aired, I was on abc’s once chat and read a conversation by a supposed son of one of the writer’s who claimed that the stranger is someone we have already seen. Could just be a red herring, but I admit I am kind of hoping for that.
March 9, 2012 at 8:19 pm #138501hjbauParticipantHe probably is going to be Pinocchio. I hope they have a good explanation as to how he got into the real world if he is a fairytale character.
March 11, 2012 at 7:02 am #138580geek123ParticipantThis is my second try. Trying to post, but they do not show up here. The are in my control panel of my post. But any how if this is a repeat sorry
The reason I think it is August W.Booth is Walt Disney. #1 The Tag on the Motorcycle was from Kansas. Walt Disney is/was from Kansas. #2 The Brothers Grimm Never name the Dwarfs. In 1912 a play of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was made and the Dwarfs got names.. Then in 1937 Walt Disney, made Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in to a movie, and then CHANGED the names of all the Dwarfs, as we know them now. So with the last show, Grumpy, who was Dreamy’s name was changed like what Walt Disney Did.
Made any sense?
Sorry again if this is a dope.
March 11, 2012 at 1:04 pm #138585hjbauParticipantThere is this weird thing that if someone else posts while you are posting then the forum doesn’t automatically post your post. It like asks you if you still want to post it and you have to push yes. It is a little weird and i know i usually close the post very quickly after i think it has uploaded and therefore have not uploaded a bunch of posts properly because i didn’t push yes.
I think the Kansas connection is interesting and keep wondering if anything is going to come of it.
March 11, 2012 at 5:10 pm #138602killianhookfanParticipanthjbau – that drives me CRAZY!! I have also lost a ton of posts that way. I have also gotten kicked out a few times when I have written long posts. I’ve already been logged in – I know I was logged in because I had already posted a few things – wrote something, hit submit, then it tells me to log in and when I do it acts like I haven’t written anything – it’s all gone. But then appearantly some of those miraculously appeared later on! Weird.
March 11, 2012 at 6:54 pm #138608hjbauParticipantI know. I didn’t realize that it was happening at first, but then i noticed that some post i wrote wasn’t there and then i noticed that if someone else posts while you are writing you have to say yes. I have no idea. Though for me if the post is gone because i close it before pushing yes i usually just let it go.
April 28, 2012 at 6:26 am #144402geek123ParticipantI found a good point to add to my theory August Booth is Walt Disney. Besides the License plate on the motorcycle is Kansas and Walt Disney grew up in Kansas. Walt Disney is a write of sorts, like August. August changed something in the book, and Walt Disney was know to change the brother grimm versions
Now the big reach that August is Walt Disney
Walt Disney went to St. Joseph hospital in California on November 2, 1966, for tests concerning the pain in his leg and neck. Doctors discovered a walnut-sized spot on the x-ray of his left lung and advised immediate surgery. At this point Doctors told Walt Disney he did not have long to live. Walt Disney died on Dec 15, 1966
