You know, maybe it is just Alice. They might have just had Henry drive through on his bike to show us where they are because they think the people who watch this show are idiots.

I think Rumpel hearing his name being the trigger to regain his memories makes a lot of sense. That is why Alice was tripping over his name at first.

As for who it is, I dunno, but surely Rumple sending Alice after Henry to stop him from changing the course of a particular story must have something to do with it.

They want us to think it was Alice but Rumple did almost bump into Henry seconds before Alice. So it could be either? (another reason why making Alice Rumple’s granddaughter is a better story–the guardian is either Bae’s son or Gideon’s daughter!)

I am convinced that Rumple is awake and up to his old tricks. How? Besides the obvious “dearie” line, Robert Carlyle brought his A game when he switched from Weaver’s cockney accent to Rumple’s more standard British accent.
