Just realized comments were made under the thread “the dove”. No harm, no foul. 🙂
Moving on, I completely agree with you on all counts. However, I feel Charley’s Girl was more in reference to him being connected to Emma. Fits when we first see her busting someone in Boston.
I am hoping it turns out to be Bae.

October 5, 2012 at 12:11 am #155482faux paxParticipantI hadn’t realised that they deleated the Firewood comments… 😥 . Oh well.
I’m glad i’m not the only one who noticed that MRJ’s room was kind of inbetween Henry’s and Gold’s in terms of how much odd stuff he has lying around and what kind of stuff it is.
This is probably the one time I hate that the production team is so detailed on this show. Their are so many clues that sorting them out from the red herrings is going to be impossible until we rewatch it after we have the answer (and you know we will).
I really want it to be Bae just because of the drama it could present. I just hope the writers are kind and give us the answer before the christmas break. Talk about a way to ruin my hollidays.
October 5, 2012 at 12:30 am #155484TheGoldenKeyParticipant@ Faux Pax, I guess you could say that our posts were faux pas’, n’est-ce-pas? LOL!
I thought AWB was Bae because of the similarities in the shed where he was working on the storybook to Mr. Gold’s shop. I later realized that many of the same props were used in different places. The same huge white workbench/dresser was in Gold’s shop, Reggie’s shed & AWB’s shed.

October 5, 2012 at 1:03 am #155490astaParticipantI’m starting to like the theory that Bae could have traveled through many different worlds before ending up in Real Life and that he could actually be more than one realm jumping character. Starting as Jack, then Peter Pan, the White Rabbit and maybe even the Wizard of Oz before ending up in New York (and perhaps he fell for and knocked up Emma along the way which could explain the whole disillusioned thing he’s projecting). I’m just really starting to hope now that he’s Bae and or Henry’s father and at least one important character that will stick around for awhile and perhaps be a love interest for Emma. I’m still kinda pissed at True Blood for making him a bad guy and killing him off! hahaha.
October 5, 2012 at 1:34 am #155497faux paxParticipantI actually haven’t seen true blood but i did youtube some interviews MRJ did a while back (that had nothing to do with OUAT) to get a feel for his personality–we really didn’t get much of that in the scene–just to get an idea of how he might play the character and i must say i’m impressed. This might just turn out to be an awesome thing for the show….too bad he's not slated to be in another epp for a while
October 5, 2012 at 2:25 am #155511lilredParticipantHe did have the coolest cajun accent in True Blood. I was pretty bummed when I realized MRJ wasn’t cajun…it’s sad that during the whole reveal of his character, I was most upset that the accent wasn’t real for Rene or Michael.
😯 He’s not going to be in the next episode?? HOW LONG OF A WAIT DO WE HAVE???? I need at least a short cut scene of him for the next few episodes or I’m not responsible for the theories that may arise!
October 5, 2012 at 2:35 am #155513TheGoldenKeyParticipantI’m with you Lil’Red. So very VERY disappointed that we won’t see him for awhile. Loved him in TB and hated that they turned him into a creep and killed him off. That accent was so……well….you know 😀
Here’s the opening clip you can keep viewing. I just love watching him strut through New York! LOL!

You should really watch Terriers, because he’s awesome in that. I can’t wait to see more of him on OUaT working with the rest of the cast instead of in a different place from everyone else.

That’s true. I didn’t think that it could be because of the Saved by the Bell syndrome as I like to call it.
I’m starting to like the theory that Bae could have traveled through many different worlds before ending up in Real Life and that he could actually be more than one realm jumping character. That’s an interesting theory. On one hand, I don’t want him to overshadow Emma, but on the other hand, I do think that he’s going to be very important character to the show since he’s the reason why everything happened in the first place. I was also thinking that since a lot of other posters have emphasized that the Blue Fairy said to follow where the magic bean took him that maybe he did travel through those places but only passed through, because I’m becoming more convinced that he was the author of Henry’s book and that could be why he included all those other worlds in the book instead of just Fairy Tale World. (Drat, I read a theory recently that partly inspired me, but now I can’t find it.)
Also, the person who caught the (Bael)fire escape hint, wrote this long post about how different parts of the Mysterious Man’s walk could mean different things. Like Central Park represents the Enchanted Forest, and then he crosses a busy street, which could mean he was going from one world to another. Then, he goes to the subway which could represent him falling through a rabbit hole. Then he takes an elevator upstairs which could represent flying or climbing a giant beanstalk. There’s more to the theory here, http://forums.televisionwithoutpity.com/index.php?showtopic=3215290&view=findpost&p=15263137, but it could explain why all these different worlds are in the book and why there’s so many theories about what happened to Bae after he fell through the vortex other than just being red herrings perhaps each theory has a grain of truth in them. So he was like Peter in that he went to Neverland and was lost, but he wasn’t the Peter Pan. Or he was like the Wizard of Oz in that he went to Oz and didn’t have any actual magical power, but he’s not the Wizard. Plus, since it seems like Emma is going through this long journey meeting all these new characters from different worlds that got destroyed, then perhaps Bae went through a journey similar to that. Further, right now for me it seems like maybe part of breaking the Curse entirely or at least setting things back to normal is building each world again and the doorways to each world, so it would help if Emma had an ally that had experience with each world in some way.
He’s not going to be in the next episode?? HOW LONG OF A WAIT DO WE HAVE???? I need at least a short cut scene of him for the next few episodes or I’m not responsible for the theories that may arise!
Yes, I’m very disappointed that it seems like we won’t even get a shot of what Mysterious Man is doing until episode 6. That’s a really long time to wait, and while the producers were being honest about how we would find out more about him before the mid-season break, it’s still a long time to have to wait. 😥
I’m not going to be responsible for any of my theories that may arise either especially if we don’t find out some information about episode 6 in the near future or at least episode 4 because at least we’ll get to see a baby Baelfire or at least a very young Baelfire, I think, and how much importance he may or may not have in the Hook storyline.
October 5, 2012 at 3:18 am #155524faux paxParticipantIf we don’t see him until episode 6, that leads a whole lot of credence to the idea that he’s Henry’s dad (if not Bae as well). Because that's the epp that covers Emma's past.
The one good thing about all this build up is that when he does make it to storybrook, it’s going to be explosive. It has to be or i think we’ll all die of disappointment.
