Trophy Wife star Bailee Madison has been cast in a recurring role on the new season of the ABC Family drama, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively.
Co-created by Bradley Bredeweg and Peter Paige and executive produced by Jennifer Lopez, The Fosters follows a multicultural family led by two moms (Teri Polo and Sherri Saum).
Madison, who wrapped production on season one of ABC comedy Trophy Wife, will play a young woman who is connected to Callie’s (Maia Mitchell) past. A character name has not been disclosed.
Her first appearance will be in the season-two premiere, which airs this summer. Filming for the new episodes begins Feb. 27.

Not that much into comedy and very much ignored Trophy Wife, so glad to hear Bailee Madison (young Snow White) will be on a show I watch – which in itself is a miracle considering I’m normally not into family and teenager drama shows. Usually have to make it science fiction or fantasy show for me to get interested in it, like, uhm OUaT. 😛 But The Fosters is an exception (maybe, because so far I have mostly igorned that genre, so not worn out by genre tropes yet, lol
