Not sure where Rumple, Belle, and Regina are though unless I missed them or they’re not in shot. I think somebody said that they did see Lana out there so she may not have been in frame unless I missed her, and I agree, they might be keeping the Rumple/Belle stuff a bit more under wraps. This season has been amazing so far and even when it’s slightly disappointing crackship wise we’re getting answers and lots of great stuff so I’ll take it!
Yeah that’s been bothering me too (that they don’t seem to be in these pics), but like you said some people saw Lana and we have the pic of Emilie with fans so they must be filming they’re just not in the frame. Maybe they’re still on board the ship during this scene. And Robert has an uncanny ability to never be in any pictures (remember Comic Con?).

Like I said above, Robby and Emilie are probably being closely guarded so they don’t spoil that Rumple comes back alive and most likely powerless.
I think it could be Devin. Emma offered to take him back with them once they saved Henry. If Devin is Felix’s brother, then Felix may come after Devin to bring him “home” to Neverland whilst PP would go after Tinkerbell as revenge for her betraying him.
Devin is a possibility.

Can pixie dust penetrate the barrier spell? Can it create a portal? Did Belle not put up the portal? Did she take it down?

To my knowledge, the spoiler wasn’t that Wendy had grown up. That was sheer speculation on our part. The spoiler was the we might see Wendy again. From TV Guide’s Lightning Round 8:

That’s exactly what I thought. We speculated she’d be grown up and in charge of THO. That the Darlings had founded it.

Eddy Kitsis said something in May which is why some of us thought Wendy would be older. I suppose 19 qualifies as “grown up” if she’s acting her actual age rather than being younger but it still implied (especially with her brothers being older too) that she might be older as well and that Freya would be used for flashbacks. I fully expected a mystery woman to be in the other cage and then have them discover that it’s an older Wendy and not just by a few years. They introduced Neal that way without telling us who it was right off the bat, though I suppose for some, seeing her and recognizing her as Wendy would be just as much of a shock.
Anyways here’s what Eddy had to say that made some of us think that:
As to whether Wendy could be a resident of Storybrooke, Eddy remarked: I would be very disappointed if we didn’t see Wendy grown up and a part of the ONCE UPON A TIME world.
As to how they got home I will be supremely disappointed if pixie dust and a flying Jolly Roger are not part of the deal. It’s iconic and since they’re trying to use a map to get home, much like Killian and Liam did to find it in the first place rather than a portal, I would really really like to think that’s what we’ll get. As to how they get in with SB being guarded…I’m not sure yet but looking forward to it!
