Seriously, exactly what I was thinking the other day. Anytime they can’t figure out how to solve a problem, oh let’s just have Blue do it. I kind of hate seeing her now.

I also was disappointed to see Belle left behind. But the only rationalization is that Gold/Rumplestiltskin does not trust Blue Fairy but he DOES trust Belle.
Also, might be interesting to see Belle come to find magic, in some cases, may be beneficial. If she does get the cloaking spell to work, will she start becoming more interested in magic? She could certainly learn more by reading from her books. Especially after spending time as Lacey, wonder if Belle might see the appeal if magic once she has dabbled in it?
But I certainly do hope it is not too long into S3 for Rumbelle reunion. Anton and the 7 dwarves could keep working on their bean crops to get another magic bean for a new portal. Or maybe Rumbelle did have implied intimacy at some point while together in SB. Would love that Belle realizes she is pregnant while Rumple is away. Maybe then Rumple will foresee the future and realize he MUST get back to Belle.

Yes and No.
Emma and Neal were together for a short time this season. Belle was introduced in 1×12 as his true love, kept apart until 1×22, broken up in 2×4, semi back together until 2×11 when she was shot, had a nice little moment in 2×16, turned into Lacey in 2×19, became Belle again in 2×22 and then was separated in the same episode."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"@HappyEndings wrote:

Huh? I don’t feel that way at all. Emma and Neal aren’t together at all. They managed to finally tell each other how they feel but they weren’t involved in a relationship. Neal was suppose to marry Tamara. I expect angst between Emma and Neal for a while. But Rumple and Belle were together and in a relationship. Belle staying with no real reason doesn’t further the plot or anything.
