I think they are going to draw it out as long as possible….Eddy said yesterday to Ginny “I would love to have episodes about you guys going shopping but we need things to happen.” I think without the conflict or uncertainty in Rumple and Belle’s relationship, there is no story. I LOVE the idea that he has to won her back and make her fall in love with him…which might be kind of tricky with all the Lacey innuendos yesterday,
What if Lacy start to stalk Rumpel? How poor Rumpel would react seing his beautiful and nice Belle throw herself at him? It would be hilarious and sad at the same time… In fact what if it’s the other way round? What if Memory Back Belle have to win his love all over again?
[adrotate group="5"]March 8, 2013 at 4:39 pm #178227obisgirlParticipantI saw this on my tumblr and 😥 😥 it’s the most beautiful rumbelle relationship perspective on how Rumpel views himself and love. It is kind of long, but I promise you, you’ll be 😮 😯 you will not regret it.
I does have spoilers for the next episode though.
March 9, 2013 at 3:33 am #178395RumplesGirlKeymasterAnd then, in the sneak peek from ‘the Miller’s Daughter’, he does it again. He’s dying, he has to talk to Belle – but it’s not to make himself feel better. He calls her because it’s the final thing that he can do for her. He doesn’t talk about himself at all, except in relation to her. It’s the polar opposite of when she was existing only in relation to him: now he matters only as he relates to her and who she is. As he says, she makes him want to be the best version of himself – and the scene illustrates exactly how and why.
That’s exactly why I love that sneak peak so much. It’s perfect; it’s possibly the most unselfish thing Rumple has done since we met him. The evolution of the Rumple character is beautiful and breathtaking.

What he said to her was so beautiful…and one thing I really loved was how it was witnessed by both Emma and Neal. I think this is the first time that another character sees just how much Belle means to Rumple.
March 9, 2013 at 7:16 am #178440MysteryKat25ParticipantI admit – I don’t usually get too emotional about the show (as much as I absolutely LOVE it) so it takes an extraordinary moment to actually choke me up instead of just finding it to be a moving scene.
After watching this sneak peak…just give Robert all the awards in the world right now. Seriously. The man is amazing and I can’t imagine anybody else making us feel this much for Rumple. Absolute Perfection.

I agree.
March 12, 2013 at 5:45 am #179293ZieraParticipantThats what I love about Rumbelle!
I was scared about the Cora/Rumple past for a little bit, but then when I saw the episode I was fine…because of this-Cora and Rumple: It was about what one could get out of the other. It was well, completely about getting. No real love..only a selfish
Belle and Rumple: It was about giving. Rumple’s phone call to her? He was more concerned about her than he was himself, and he way DYING. He was looking for ways he could build her up, looking for ways that he could give to her instead of take. I loove that. And Belle created that in him. Or nurtured it, whichever you prefer. He only became that way because Belle loved him unconditionally first…and basically saved him. 🙂 😀 Yeah….Thats why he was like, “You make me want to go back….back, to the best version of me. And thats never happened before.”
This is why I ship Rumbelle.
Anyway…sorry if this has been said before…but it gets me every time.

March 12, 2013 at 5:32 pm #179387PriceofMagicParticipantBelle brings out the best in Rumple and he needs her for that. In Miller’s daughter, Rumple almost seemed like he was reverting back to his old ways when he manipulated Snow into using the candle. He doesn’t want anything to do with Henry (because Henry is the boy the seer spoke about) yet Rumple’s not afraid to play the “I’m Henry’s grandfather” card when it suits him.
It’s only when Rumple spoke to Belle and then Bae after that he wasn’t trying to be manipulative. He even asked Cora if she ever really loved him.
All magic comes with a price!
