Having Regina as your official gurdian is definitely not the position you would like to find yourself in.

I’m still hoping Belle manages to run away from the asylum, possibly with someone’s help. Maybe Jefferson will land somewhere near her hospital cell in the next episode and give her a hand. The chances are slim though.

After the spoiler about Belle having a scene with a “very popular male guest star” was released, I'm almost certain that it'll be Jefferson. I hope he breaks into the asylum and rescues her a way to get back at Regina.

Skin Deep is a wonderful episode which tells a great love story in just 42 mins. Quite difficult given the limit of time. But they really pulled it off.

The scene I love most is Rumpel asked Belle to go to town and brought him some straws. It’s always puzzling to me why he let her go. It’s so against his control freak nature. Then I have to admit he is really really in love otherwise he won’t do something so unselfish. All he wants is her happiness.

Belle is my favorite character of the show. Emilie has done her justice. The performance is great. Belle didn’t love Rumpel because he is powerful but for who he really is (the human self/weakness he hides so deeply). I think that’s really an admirable thing. It’s hard to love people for who they really are because human are imperfect.

Now I am ready to see the less perfect Belle in SB. Also what will Mr. Gold do when he finds out she is alive.

I like this scene as well especially the part where Belle says she could never love Gaston and Rumpel is hanging on to her every word and shakes his head. There’s other little moments as well such as when Rumpel is looking out the newly uncovered windows and Belle is following very closely behind him, when Rumpel realises how close she is, he sort of jumps back away from her. I also like how Belle was very forward and touchy-feely with Rumpel when she returned to the Castle with the straw.

If you look closely you can see Belle touching his thigh when she leans in for the kiss. Man, I think
I have watched this episode too many times. I plan on watching it again in anticipation of Belle's return in the season finale. 😉

My dog is not a Rumbelle shipper! Or even a Mr. Gold/Rumple fan. 😕 The reason…I have my cable television hooked up through my computer so I can watch television and tape, similar to a dvr only I use my computer. Well, first when “Skin Deep” was on and then when “The Return” came on, both Rumple-centric episodes, my dog decided to root around in my computer armoire and get into the back (she’s a little jack russell terrier) and pull the tv tuner out of the USB slot. During both episodes! So I have a ten minute chunk taken out of each episode when I go back to rewatch, each right smack dab in the middle of the show. I have taped most of the season, except for a few shows, and these two are the only ones she’s done it to. I’m going to have to make sure she’s no were near the computer for the finale. I’d hate to see what plugs she’d pull out if Gold and Belle ever got together. She’d probably make my computer crash. 😯
