If he looses his memories I am going to be irate. I want an epic reunion. The one on the docks was very public and sweet and family like and I loved the one at the shop too but give me the swelling music and the running into each other’s arms and devouring each other with kisses.
Am I asking too much? Probably
It’s bad enough that we have to deal with another 11 episodes of separation, but memory loss when they do meet would ******
What ticks me off about their beautiful reunions is that there is always something missing……I KNOW they cut out a scene from the docks, where they are alone (the first spoiler image showed Bobby/Em alone)….. WHY didn’t we get a sloppy, messy kiss? Personally, the kiss in the shop is my all time favorite because of how proud Gold was (and should be; I’m sure he WAS perfect, lol), how they looked at each other, the talk about the future…..all leading up to that unbelievably sensual and erotic kiss. Ugh, the open mouths – and Bobby and Emilie, I’m in awe of them and it saddens and angers me that their insane chemistry is being wasted.
They don’t just have chemistry, they have a true acting partnership; it’s very clear that they are on the same page as actors, and it has been from the very start. They TRUST each other completely – as an example, see the “Brother” scene where Gold is kneeling between Belle’s legs. No way that’s scripted- why? Bobby and Emilie undoubtedly went for what would have the most impact – and she was in a vulnerable spot, so she had to feel safe with him. Take their kisses – they are incredibly real, especially the last one, with their open mouths; they are good friends, they feel safe with each other, they view Rumbelle the same way……and because of this, they can be completely honest in kissing scenes (which are generally uncomfortable and awkward for actors not personally involved).
Yeah, I want an EPIC reunion and NOT one that is squeezed in between scenes…. they deserve MORE attention on THEM, especially after this ultimate separation (which “death” is.)Price, I’m fine with cutaways, but there’s no reason not to show us a little something. If they didn’t want this kind of thing at all, they should have created a cartoon. I’m sorry, but adults watch this show – this is NOT a kiddy show. You’re right, though, about why Rumbelle has the most smut fan fiction – people, I think, are getting frustrated as well by not seeing anything on screen. Again, just a little taste sometimes….but we get nothing.
You know what it is? I think that maybe the show can’t handle this much love and sheer emotional/sexual energy that oozes out of Rumbelle – it’s there even when they are just talking. Regina and Graham was……..well, what it was, but there was no love. Sex without love/emotion? We saw them in bed, the clothes on the floor – it wasn’t that big of a deal. With Snowing, they’re….cutesy, so even in bed, they’re joking and being……well, as I call them, champagne. They are a teenager’s idea of love… Now Rumbelle? Even in a brief bed scene similar to a Snowing one, it would be completely differerent. There would be outright lust in their eyes and lots of patting and touching. They are a mature and passionate love and I wonder if the show just doesn’t know how to deal with what Bobby and Emilie bring to these two.
Oh and I think that if there is ANOTHER separation after a reunion? In S4? That fans will leave and never come back…….and I don’t blame them. I can’t see it because I have to think even A/E know that enough is enough and they’ll have to deal with Gold’s curse being broken, the fact that he’s mortal…..and, frankly, that it’s time that they start their life together.[adrotate group="5"]Price, I’m fine with cutaways, but there’s no reason not to show us a little something. I agree and I know it’s a fine line to walk. This isn’t HBO and I’m not asking for GoT type situations (besides I find that fans write better Smut than A and E ever could) but a little something wouldn’t hurt besides the implied nudity.
Also, I’m not 100% convinced that they will be separated for 11 episodes (I know we’ve disagreed on this) but I sorta think that by 315 Belle will have found Rumple and then they have to fight their way back to SB.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"you know, after watching the Queen of Hearts I came to the conclusion that even if Rumpel is really dead and will stay dead, we haven’t seen the last of him. remember how he manipulated the entire episode from the squid ink in the scroll to the fairy dust to Regina pulling the magic out it was amazing! the only problem is that in future episodes, even if he manipulates events he won’t be there to talk about them with Emma like he did in QoH. so this is probably where Belle will come in. she might be his interpreter or something, every time something takes place where his premeditated solution just pops up, Belle will find something that explains it or whatever.
(just a side note: QoH has my favorite line in the entire series “I am the queen of hearts. do you think I’d be so careless as to keep my heart where everyone else does?”)

Yep….I just don’t get Adam and Eddy. They have been given a gift from the TV Gods with Bobby and Emilie; every other show would be dying to take advantage of them, but instead we get constant separations that he tells us aren’t really separations (or he tells us to interpret….I mean, he’s a nice guy, but some of his comments really are ludicrous and meant to lead Rumbellers on so we’ll keep watching.
I could be wrong about the 11 episodes, it’s just that I’ve seen enough of Adam and Eddy to know that that is how they’d likely go, simply to up the angst (of course, that would require that not only Gold in whatever form gets screen time, but Belle as well – and I just doubt she really will. I don’t care how many episodes she’s in – and so far she’s in 12-15-, if she’s going to be in them for like 3 minutes at a time).
S 3B sounds very confusing with 3 timelines: Present day SB, 1 year ago FTL (with hopefully FB of that year) and past FTL. If Belle is going to search for Gold (assuming she believes he’s alive), will it be from FTL of a year ago or present day SB? The few spoilers about them we’ve gotten have been very vague (same world for an extended period, explore relationship/no matter what state they’re in)..If Belle finds Gold in 315, I’d be thrilled, but that just seems so out of character for Rumbelle. Their MO is to have more pain heaped upon them, more angst, than is humanly possible to deal with, lol.
@betsy, I would love a small scene of RumBelle in bed even if it’s just a shot of them waking up together. We get to see Snowing work together to sort out problems, let the same go for RumBelle.
I think A&E would be smart enough not to split RumBelle up again for a long while after they reunite this time. Snowing was split up a lot in season 1 and the beginning of season 2 to the point where “I will always find you” became a bit of a joke amongst fans.

I need Rumbelle to be a team (as we know they are ) and let them face obstacles together. In The New Neverland, they were arm in arm practically the whole episode, which I loved, and they faced the Pan/Henry situation together……..Let’s see more of that. I GET that the Snowing angst comes not from them, but from Emma and Henry, and because Rumbelle isn’t married and they don’t have a child, their angst has to come from them, but enough is enough. I have to believe they intend Rumbelle to the ramifications of the curse breaking together; if they don’t, then Adam/Eddy are hopeless, lol.
Drama does not have to equate to conflict does not have to equate to magical villains. Drama can come from real life situations………I hope we eventually see more of that on the show instead.
RumBelle’s angst could come from Bae. They could’ve had Bae be a bit iffy with Belle since he first met her as Lacey. However Bae seems fine with her, and he and Rumple reunited.
The only good thing that could come out of Rumple’s disappearance is that it gives perfect opportunity for Belle/Bae bonding time which is important if Belle and Rumple are going to get married. (Hopefully that is the reason things have been written the way they have). If we’re not shown Bae and Belle bonding, then I will be severely disappointed as it would’ve been a wasted opportunity.
I also hope Belle is featured heavily in at least the first three episodes of the second half (since we know 315 is a Belle centric and hopefully Rumple’s return). I had three favourite characters on Once: Belle, Rumple and Felix. With Felix dead and Rumple “lost”, Belle is currently my only favourite character left, if she’s not in the first three episodes that much then I don’t think I’ll enjoy them as much as other episodes.

Do you really think so? I was convinced they would meet up again soon because of that interview where Adam and Eddy said that they would be together in the second half, but I just re-read it and they said “they’ll be in the same world”, not *together* in that world, and “their relationship will be explored no matter what state it’s in”, which could mean just through flashbacks as the “state” of their relationship is separated.
I really want to see them together again soon. And I want to see Rumple back soon as he’s the main reason I watch and it’ll be kinda boring for me until he returns lol.
