I think he will make a spell on her shoes, but not for fighting. He will make a spell, that she don’t can fall from a ladder when he is not around and weaken it when he stands under it. 😀

OK, now that it’s almost been nearly confirmed that Neal is in fact Baelfire, what do you think his relationship with Belle will be like? Will she try to mend Bae and Rumpel’s broken relationship? Will Nealfire be resentful towards her? Will he manage to turn Belle against Rumpel? Or will Belle be the mediating factor between the two sides?

Interesting question.To begin with I think Neal/Bae may try to warn Belle away from Rumple in order to protect her. However, I think after seeing Belle and Rumple together and how they interact with each other, Neal/Bae may see that Belle brings out the best in Rumple and may see glimpses of how his father used to be before he became the dark one.

Rumple is never again going to be the man he was before he became the dark one, he has experienced too much. Milah never loved Rumple so Rumple believed himself to be unlovable. Belle changed that.

Overall, I think Bae will be supportive of Belle and Rumple’s relationship. She has essentially saved Rumple from the darkness within which is what Bae tried to do before he went through the portal.

I think the focus of Baelfire’s rage will be Rumpel. I don’t really see him subjecting an innocent to his anger. In fact, he’ll probably feel a sense of kinship with Belle due to both their failed attempts to help Rumpel change his ways. So, I don’t think Baelfire will be angry or resentful towards Belle. Concerned? Yes. But angry? I don’t think so.

I agree – they’re both kind and likeable characters so they’ll surely get along famously well!
Nice to see other people like Belle as much as me although for slightly different reasons – I love books just as much as her so it’s nice to have a geeky princess for once!
A/N I can’t walk in heels over about 1″ though 😳 – I’m surprised she doesn’t fall over more – I would if I were in her shoes! 😆

I love all sides of Belle. I love her softness, her compassionate nature and her ability to see the best in everyone. But I also appreciate her bravery, her boldness and her ability to accomplish just about anything in a skirt and high heels. 😀
