I’m sure there is a reason behind this, I just wonder what. Is it simply because these are the two most important women in Rumple’s life? Or is there more symbolism there than that? Rumple probably made Belle’s blue dress, and it makes sense that he might design it similarly to a dress he remembered. He made Cinderella’s gown blue also. 🙂 I think I’ve discovered his secret favorite color.
Any theories?

They’ve also played up similarities in their personalities–both of them dislike cowardice and want to see the world. Both are willing to fight for the people they love (Milah got hold of a bean to trade for her and Hook’s life, while Belle has fought for Rumple and traded her own freedom for her family/friend’s lives). And obviously Rumple fell for both of them, but as we’ve seen with Sidney, love isn’t always mutual at all, even in FTL.
I think the similarities between the women highlight their differences, though. And, especially in regards to Rumple, those differences are quite bright. Belle’s been harshly honest with Rumple, but not cruel the way that Milah was. And Belle clearly gives him strength to fight his inner demons, while Milah helped create them.

I Also noticed that Henry wore a red scarf (Very Emma/Charming color 😉 ) , and a Dark Blue coat (very similar to the one Nealfire wears) I love the little hints by the Costume Department 😉
Also love the Nealfire/Green Hoodie/ combo…One of the 1st things that got me on the “neal is bae” train 😆
