    A commentary for “Birth” featuring Colin O’Donoghue, David H. Goodman and Jerome Schwartz is now available on iTunes, for those who have purchased a Season Pass for Season 5. However, a fan on Tumblr went ahead and transcribed it:

    My guess is this same commentary track will end up on the Blu-Ray this Summer. That’s the first time I recall an episode commentary being available prior to the Blu-Ray.

    I think I like the idea of Emma trying to convert Hook to her Dark One lifestyle more than him already being one. I mean, If they had gone this route, they could have had Emma be actually evil and trying to drag him into it, only for him to, idk…help her overcome her darkness. Or whatever. I think that idea has more potential than her pretending to be evil.
