It was actually something I wanted to do for Christmas, but couldn’t get around to it until afterward. I’d never made a gingerbread house before, and I didn’t get inspired to do it until the Once Upon a Time page on Facebook posted this recipe.

Here’s what everything is:
Main House – Gingerbread, powdered Sweettarts (for that snowy look)
Towers – Rice Krispie Treats, Ice Cream Cones
Lawn – Sugar Cookie
Plants – Gumdrops, Candy sticks, Licorice Bites, Peppermint Sticks, Sweettarts
Pillars – Peppermint Patties, Marshmallow Rope, Spree, Gumballs
Walkway – Rips
Fence – Pecan Divinities, Hershey’s Chocolate, Mini M&Ms
Melted chocolate and frosting were used as edible glue 😀
