We know they are filming 404 right now. Brad Dourif was previously seen in episode 108, A Desperate Soul as the Dark One before Rumple.

Would be good to get some more Dark One history. Wonder how they’d tie it in with present day? If it’s Zoso before meeting Rumple then whose he gonna be interacting with? Not like we have a lot of characters who are that old.

I got it!! The casting spoiler said that they were looking for an old guy to play an old knight, right? What if Zozo was a follower but had no idea what he was protecting? Like maybe the old knight told him it was an ancient and magnificent power and Zozo killed the knight to take the power for himself and became the Dark One.

Gotta say I’m stunned Zoso appears to be returning after so long. Not that I’m complaining. More mythology building of previously established characters is a nice thing to see.

Well this is oddly confusing…. Hmmm. Oh well. I hope it means we get Dark One backstory 😀 wonder how it ties into the frozen arc if it does at all
