Ohhh… We know the heart that was in Mary Margaret’s box wasn’t Katherine’s… but then whose was it?

They said that it was a heart taken from a body at the hospital. That is as likely to be true as anyone. Though i think Gold did all that. Right?

Don’t know that Gold did the heart part. Regina had the shovel used to bury the box in her garage.
